After editing this thing for 16 hours straight until 7 am, then it finally producing and getting uploaded, KZread had some issue and wouldn't process the video! I had to re-upload and now it's finally live. Sorry about the wait! Hope everyone enjoys! Also I am still counting this as a Sunday upload and I will not be told otherwise. What fun to see The Monty and The Rueger! They landed a jackpot life with you and your lady, to be sure. I sometimes wonder if everyone realizes just how much extra walking you do off-camera. Those long fading out shots. Of course, it could be a Sasquatch grabbing your camera for you. Haha! I know I'm not alone in saying I appreciate everything you do to post the best videos! @@dano7802 I hear you but isn't age just a number? I'm a woman in my mid-60s and still take a couple of dogs, a horse, and head into the mountains whenever I can. Not so much in the winter anymore. Only because my old dog is getting up there and the hiking through the snow is hard for him. He likes to lay by the fire in the back entry now.

@@derbrausemann4090 I have had one spinal fusion L5-S1 and I need another at L1-L2, the disk is gone and my L2-L3 disk is in bad shape. My surgeon says I need another spinal fusion but the insurance companies won't authorize the surgery claiming it is experimental with only a 75% success rate in pain relief. So I live in debilitating pain every day. I have to use a walker to get around, lift chairs to get up out of a chair. I am all banged up. Now it is all a waiting game to see how much pain can I stand before I decide to seek a permanent solution.

I say this a lot about living vicariously through the people on KZread! Even with people living on sailboats lol. I know the high probability of me not getting to ever experience all these things so I totally get it. But you should definitely try one day! And one day SOON! I will if you will!

Wow a nearly 3 hour video of sheer goofyness and fun! Fantastic! I started getting a little worried when there was no Sunday video yesterday, even a 15 minute clip. Now I know why.

I was shoveling a foot of snow off the driveway last Thursday and upon completion, executed a perfect Posa shovel toss walkoff. Now, I did accidentally hit my neighbor’s kids snowman with the shovel but I totally put its head back on and then got the hell inside as quickly as possible…..

It bears repeating: Woot-woot, it’s Posa time! 😁

we tend to forget we are watching a one man film studio presentation that begins with a story line and then you have the acting, filming, directing, etc, ect and its all done in 3 feet of snow in the middle of nowhere at --3 Fahrenheit.

Ugh! Never thought I'd get Rickrolled in an outdoor camping video! Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the woods again!

God, I absolutely love the content on this channel. I grew up in the South with a mountain man type uncle and father and learned a lot of survival techniques as well. Luckily I haven't had to use them, but if I do I hope I'm at least halfway as successful as this guy lol. Keep up the excellent content sir

Isn't he just such a pleasant guy to watch? I'm from the foothills of the Rockies, outside Jasper Canada and Crow, can I relate to his joy in being out in nature! The fact that I'm a woman doesn't make any difference when it comes to living off the land. Matthew would have no problem doing that full-time. You learn so much living off the land! @@myowndrum286 I agree. He makes this world feel normal. We have 5 dogs. We had 6 but our beautiful Great Dane had to be put down 😢 and our animals are our kids. We talk to them, play soccer with them, swim with them and roll around on the grass with them. Like Dr Doolittle. We also go to game reserves and love Nature. Must say though, as South Africans our Winter's ain't really Winter's. Snow isn't often seen, and when it does snow it's like so exciting. Mathew is the son everyone wants and his love for his animals is so cool. He's a Natural and one of what we want to be.

@@denisefoxcroft8920 Morning! I'm from Alberta Canada and we get mountains of snow! I too have 6 dogs here on the farm. They are snow dogs though. Siberian Husky/Timber Wolf crosses. Well, Crow! I could leave a grandbaby out in the yard and go do chores. The dogs, especially my boys who look more wolf than husky, would stop anything dangerous, animal or man that came near. A couple of them are as tall as your Great Dane would have been. I can not imagine life without dogs and would never have raised my kids without them. Cheers from snow-ridden Canada!

Wow! Twice in a row I got the notification fast! Yippee! Ready for some Monty fun!

There towards the end, Monty looked adorable sitting in the snow in his blue booties, looking over the winter landscape and pondering the mysteries of life.

Even with this being 2 hours 50 minutes long it's still easier to watch bar far than an almost 2-hour long Hollywood movie.

Watching your videos really help me relax @ night. I am a total insomniac, so when I see a new 3 hour video, I am elated! I sometimes doze off, even if just a few minutes. Sometimes, fast foward the parts where you are sawing the firewood, lol- ( I hate the noise), but I really enjoy the antics that you and the boys get into. The cooking parts always make me hungry- and Monty and R, are so well trained and smart.

Your videos are so relaxing to have running on the TV as I'm doing things - a bit of chat, nice ambient sounds of fire, cooking. I always pause what I'm doing when you start making the fire and start cooking. I think I had your videos going on for 12 hours the other day - even my cat was watching at some point.

This was well worth the delay. I really enjoy this channel. Your camping adventures are light hearted and help me relax. And sometimes downright hilarious. You thought you're watching a normal camping trip but actually in fact you're watching a genuis dog abuser not giving his dogs good food after cooking his own yummy meal.

The only utuber i watch that when i pass the 2 hour marker on a 3 hour video i start to get sad its almost over!
