See you at the ABR in the summer bud. I loved my V85, and it was the first bike I rode to the ABR on! 😀 I'd be careful with overtightening chains, better to be slightly looser than slightly tight. I have much garage envy, would love a big workshop like that to spanner my bikes in. Good luck with whatever you choose to replace the bikes with. Don't forget to get some insurance quotes while you are hunting, they can be funny about some bikes and less so about others.

I just can't work out how you get your bikes so clean! I mean, I know you work in the trade and I have watched your video about bike cleaning, but I did my third thorough wash of the VStrom today, after my third sh*tty countryside ride of the year (a little breakfast in Devon... very nice) and no matter how much I try, I can't get that spotless shiny look to everything that you get on both your bikes. Mind, the bike was far from spotless and shiny when I got it, so I can only use that in my defence. I hope you enjoy the new Beemer, when you get it. 😎

Well, well John I wondered how long it would take you to see the benefits of a Big Boy Bike. As you say both the CB and the GS have served you well, however both suffer from the same mile munching limitation. I plan to visit Jim Allan's myself, I was intrigued by the Moto Guzzi Mandello, I'm even more curious about the new Stelvio. When's the ABR, I might be interested in joining you and Graham if I can get holidays.

I got a new leather jacket, but I didn't trade in my old ones for it.... Poor wee bikes thought you loved them and you were just using them until something better came along 😂😂😂 just hope you can live with the decision😂😂😂 But seriously, hope your next bike serves you as well as these 2 and your 2 125s did.... But honestly, you need a winter hobby as that's quite a habit you're getting 😂
