Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolor Review | the BEST beginner watercolor?!
Ойын-сауық
In this video I review the 12 color tube Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolor set that I received for Christmas. I have often heard this brand being called the best beginner watercolor set, and honestly after trying them, I'm inclined to agree. It'll give any beginner a really authentic watercolor experience, especially when paired with a decent watercolor specific paper.

Yes!! They're so smooth. I think that's what puts them a step above some of the other beginner watercolors I've used. And its consistent across the range, no outlier colors.
For most people these would not be a beginner watercolor. When I first started I used all kinds of cheap watercolors before I ever had the Winsor and Newton Cotman Watercolors. I love them but I have them in pans. I bought the 24 set of half pans and I bought 9 other colors separately and now I have all the colors that I want. I'm glad that you like them so much and gave them a great review.
yooooo they are my fav!!! for sketching and what not! just had to get some professional ones too :D

Yesss!! I am super duper impressed with them. Just a really solid option all around. I also love that the professional ones have such a range of half pans. I think I’m up to 4 now - that’s my treat to myself when I go to an art store that happens to carry them. 😅
No reason why a professional shouldn't use these as some accomplished pros do.
