I love this game and how both the WW1 and WW2 versions, as well as a ton of X-Wing. All are excellent games, thanks for making this video!

Thank you for the video! I absolutely love this game! Although I prefer the theme of WWII, I like the gameplay of the WWI version slightly better. It's a shame this game doesn't make it to the table as much as it should. Many times I'd bust this out at the game store and people would instantly be curious about it. So many kids playing MTG, and they know of nothing else! X-wing (and Attack Wing) is really based upon the Wings of War/Glory system. And I loved X-wing until they switched to 2.0 (a huge FFG money-grab) because there were a couple cards that "broke" the first version. Yes X-wing adds a few things, dice, upgrades, pilots, etc but the one thing that I love about Wings of Glory is that damage is hidden. You don't know what or how much damage you've inflicted on your enemy. Some models are very hard to find but there is still an amazing amount of planes available online. The Starter Sets are usually the hardest to find. The models aren't cheap but very nicely done.

Thanks for the excellent video,I have both WW1 and WW2 planes,I eagerly await new releases,not just playing but collecting. Beautiful models especially the biplanes. I play solo so I have found the yellow template rules great. But some of the original Wings of War models on eBay are hard to find and very expensive. Thanks again for vid and I'm sure it will get people interested in this super game.

After getting sick of pulling these aircraft out of the packaging all the time, a friend and I went to a hardware store and bought some boxes that are usually used to hold various screws. We picked some that were high enough to hold the planes and had adjustable dividers so that they could hold the various sized aircraft. A piece of eggshell foam was added to the lid to make sure that the planes are protected and that they don't move about. This also helps cut down on the amount of things you need to pick up when travelling to friends places to play.

Ares Games have a Corsair in the pipeline, no clues about release date tho. Eva Griffiths is my wife by the way, just felt like I should clear that up.

Thanks for the video. I just bought the core set some weeks ago to play mainly solo and now I figured out that I was making a couple of mistakes. Have you ever consider to use the app from the Play store ? It is pretty neat because it considers even the altitude of the AI planes and manage the special damages for the AI. If you were interested it would be great if you could integrate this video with another one about the app. It would help a lot because I did not find anyone. Anyway thanks again!!
