Absolutely! There are most likely just a few languages that don't work :)

Yes, it is! You have several voice options depending on the text-to-speech provider. The entire AI processing is multilingual by default.

could this AI pilot a ship in Skull & Bones and collect items in a trade route ?

No it's core function is to do keyboard inputs for you based on voice requests. It cannot react to ingame situations directly.

you also cannot manually msg without pro? or edit any kind of advanced setting without touching cfg files which have caused an error of cannot start ai core that persists even after re install so not that free really @@ShipBit
