4) Wing Chun Dummy Form
You will learn the Wing Chun wooden dummy including highly detailed demonstrations and explanations of both handwork and footwork. You will then be placed on a systematic program which increases your muscle memory to these dummy movements and postures. (Note: You do not need a wooden dummy to learn this).
5) Simultaneous Attack & Defense Applications
Game-changing simultaneous attack and defense applications against hard, heavy punches. These teach how to apply very important Wing Chun concepts as you learn how to use Wing Chun in order to immediately place an attacker on the defensive.
6) Intro to Chi Sao - The 5 Energies
Learn the 5 major categories of pressure with specifics on how to efficiently respond to them.     Hi Sifu Adam wonderful. It’s nice to hear in a Wing Chun way. Old school boxing also has a similar framework. Step and punch same foot same hand as the foot lands so does the punch. 👍

    Dear Sifu Adam, isn't it a big disadventige that your foot are inline? I mean you have no way to keep balance from sideway pushes

    You stay inline when entering. It concentrates your energy as you knife your way in. You make your feet more lateral when negotiating with someone else.

    @@martombarnabas83 if there is more than one attacker you need to try to corral attackers in front of you and maintain longer distance.
