Pendant toute la vidéo je dis section 1 et 2 mais en fait c’est plutôt partie 1 et 2 de la section 1, petit abus de langage de ma part🫣 Également, quand je parle du Bon « plongeant », ça n’existe pas réellement sinon la technique ne serait pas efficace mais comme en général le bras gauche du mannequin est plus haut que le bras droit, ça nous oblige à plonger légèrement vers le bas lorsque l’on pivote autour du bras après le Tan.
