Kickoff to Fourth of July Festivities
We are buzzing with excitement here, gearing up for the Fourth of July. It's that time of year when we celebrate with family, friends, and lots of creativity. To get into the festive spirit, we’ve got some fantastic projects planned for today. Let's get started!
What’s on the Agenda?
Today, we’ll be tackling various projects, from custom shirts to tumblers, all themed around Independence Day. We’re using a mix of sublimation and vinyl techniques to showcase the versatility of our products. Here's what we've got lined up:
Sublimation Tumblers: Perfect for keeping your drinks cold while watching the fireworks.
Patriotic Shirts: Using sublimation and vinyl to create unique designs that stand out.
Garden Flags: A festive addition to any yard, showcasing our sublimation skills.
Live Demonstrations and Tips
We started with a fun sublimation tumbler project. Sublimation is fantastic for creating vibrant, durable designs. We had a bit of a challenge with ghosting (when the image shifts during pressing), but using sublimation tape can help keep everything in place. Remember, the key is to ensure even pressure and temperature.
Next, we moved on to creating patriotic shirts. We demonstrated the difference between sublimating on white versus gray polyester shirts. The white shirts provide bright, crisp designs, while the gray shirts give a more subtle, vintage look. Both turned out fantastic, showcasing the flexibility of sublimation on different backgrounds.
