Just moved away from windsor last September for school, lived there since 2009, nice to see the city becoming better. I do miss it.

People in Kingsville don't dress like cowboys/girls, the rodeo is only 1 weekend a year in the summer which is held in leamington sunparlor arena. Don't forget to mention all the migrant workers in the area as well .

I would just keep an eye on Facebook marketplace and kijiji. Big companies like skyline are good but lots of small investors have good places for rent

There is alot in kingsville , there is 3 or 4 retirement facilities in this small town.

East riverside just too bad most of the houses look all the same its like living in a townhouse subdivision.
