You can get a lot for that price. Depends on how many bedrooms / baths the home has. I’d check rentals.ca there is lots available

My god coming from America it is outrageous for anyone to pay 700k for a two bed house I can’t come to grips with that me and my wife will rent a year and wait for something to break . 700k gets you a 3000 square feet home in most American cities
