WINDSCREEN PREDATOR TEST RIDE
The predator windshield has a DAF ( dual Air flow system) , the air is in taken from the central snorkel which is twice as big as the exit mouth. Which is located on the top of the screen, so it doubles the speed of the air , creating a barrier to the wind .
The side openings are made to reduce the depression behind the screen that normally create a lot of turbolance . On the top sides there are two small spoilers to divert the wind from hitting the helmet top . This combination of factors makes much more comfortable the riding
Il cupolino Predator sfrutta 2 sistemi . Il primo , attraverso la bocca centrale aspira aria che viene soffiata verticalmente da una bocchetta situata sul bordo superiore. La bocchetta d'uscita essendo circa la metà della bocca di entrata esce a velocita' doppia.
Le feritoie laterali convogliano aria nella parte bassa per contrastare la depressione che nei cupolini tradizionali viene risucchiata subito dietro al cupolino, creando flussi che colpiscono il casco.
Le alette laterali in alto servono a indirizzare i flussi laterali lontano dal casco.
