Here I am a educated person ,, so the thing that will help is u had to install windows enterprise or windows education version if I are on home then ... if u update to enterprise or education it will fix the problem😊

Same thing happened to me, I am an old windows beta user and didn't got windows copilot feature until yesterday(30/09/23) I just restarted my laptop and got that copilot without doing any windows update.
