TIP: dont forget to remove your backup drive and store it in a separate location from your pc. You may think this is over the top, but i lost all of my information on my pc and my backup(s) in a house fire. I learned a lesson, it can happen to you.

I have 4 external hard drives attached to my laptop. I need to automatically back them up as well as the laptop. I have been using a WD drive to do this but for some reason, its software is no longer compatible with Windows and I can't find updated software.

My disk is encrypted by BitLocker. If I cannot boot into Windows, can EaseUS Todo Backup able to restore backup image to disk by booting from WinPE rescue USB? Thanks.

Thank you for the great video! It was really helpful to me to make a backup of my current PC. I am still struggling with data migration to a new PC though and was wondering if you still had any EaseUS licenses? I will send you an email

For some reason windows 11 will only permit the use of 30 percent of external HDD for backup/system image - 280 GB of my 930 GB HDD. Why not use 80!? So we are forced to use onedrive even if we have external harddrive!? Is there a work around!?

I've been using AOMEI Backupper for several years to backup my entire C drive to an external SSD everytime I get a WIN 11 update. Takes about a half hour,

If i have multiple partitions on the same drive and if i choose to backup just the C:\ partition with my system on it, when i will restore my C:\ partition the other partitions will be deleted from the drive or the other partitions from the drive wouldn' be erased and i will still have all my files from those partitions untouched? Thanks!

Does EaseUS backup the same for UEFI as Legacy BIOS, does it even matter will it run automatically in either one of the BIOS environments, or do you have to specify which BIOS you are running.

Forgot to add this another great old tip is change the drive letter of your windows drive as well as rename it to anything other than C:\Windows.

This version of Backup Win7 has NEVER been further developed and so staying still is under Win10 and so it is for Win11. Urgent advice, DO NOT USE IT, use an external Backup tool with of course a rescue stick, with usually fifteen minutes later your IMAGE is back on the C-drive, this from the external HD or even from a Network drive (a bit slower then). To do this, use the 3-2-1 backup strategy and test it as well. I myself have been using AOMEI backupper for more than6 years and it has helped me out many times, is completely Freeware.

When I complete the back up nothing is shown in the external drive. Any reasons why this may be?

Make sure to use external drive biger than the source , can you do it again? Use one of this open source software 1. Clonezilla 2. Duplicati 3. Amanda Network Backup 4. Cobian Backup 5. Casync 6. rdiff-backup 7. Syncthing 8. UrBackup 9. BackupPC 10. Bareos

Hey I’m back again trying to now reinstall my image. My pc is saying I need to reboot from a windows installation disc or create a disc. Which I cannot. Any ideas? Thanks again.

Your current File History drive is disconnected Reconnect drive and try again

Thanks - found it. Weird, it's called Windows 7 backup. And the Windows 11 main backup screen is bascially non-functional.

Please keep in mind that if you use a third party to create and restore Windows...if your hard drive fails, this option will not work. You will need to make sure you create a backup of your image using the Windows 7 version in order to restore your Windows into a new hard drive.

They hide this function so deeply because they set it up for you to use the One Drive version, and pay them monthly fees to store stuff. REALLY ticks me off.
