How can I do

Real solution : For laptop : Press your power button for a while until the laptop shuts down then turn it on again. For PC : Cut off the electricity to the CPU then turn it on again.

I tried this and it doesn’t work. I woke up today with my laptop screen being white and frozen at the same time. I tried pressing many keys and buttons as I could and nothing seemed to work. Can someone help me?

Apparently I got the same issue. But the way I fixed it is, by removing the battery from the laptop first, then put it back again. After that I try to turn on the laptop again. Possibly something happened after I downloaded the update from Windows.

Man i got this. First time i restarted my laptop and worked fine. 3 days later after a windows update blank i tried 4 tutorials, none worked Better try as fast as u can to solve that

It was very informative, and it worked... I am using New Galaxy Book 3 ultra just in a week i got this.. and totally upset... now fixed

But what is the root cause of issue

I have a solution for this ummmm, press control shift escape then press run new task, then right explorer, it should fix it

For this prese ALT+ctrl+delete key at a time and re start your pc normally then problem solved.. the display will on .. 🎉

Alright both of you. I also had this exact challenge, in fact I had to restart my PC like 5 to six times just to try different methods in attempt to resolve it, all to no avail. However, I managed to fix it by using the booting options that appears when you try to use the safe mode method. This is what I did: I powered off my screen. Then to power it back on n use the safe mode, I pressed the power button once n immediately started pressing f8 key repeatedly until it displayed the different booting options on the screen. Next, Instead of selecting safe mode or the restore system options which is normally chosen, I went for the "Restart system using the last bootable settings (advanced)", something like that. Though how you'll be sure of that option is that it's the only one having the advanced in bracket attached at the end. Once I selected it, it went on to check my files n this was done in 3 stages after which in the end it stated that the checks were completed and that it'll restart my PC. Once it restarted my PC, it didn't take any longer than ten minutes n my PC immediately came back alive. I was so exhilarated hence I decided to share to help others n I hope it eventually helps someone. Good luck y'all

Wrong If u have this problem on pc not laptop idk if it works on laptop but all u have to do is Hold shift and power button on pc for 10-15 seconds and the trouble shooter will pop up and now u can reset ir pc trust me that's the only way
