Since WL -600 and WW 1500 give a range of [-1350, 150] HU, does it actually show [-1000, 150] HU since the lowest value possible is -1000HU? Thanks!

I still don't understand this and this particular topic is the reason why I failed the CT Registry boards twice. I only get one more chance at it but doesn't make sense to take it again if I'm struggling with this same topic.
