This 70 year old healthy grandmother with a bad knee would use it for a pantry or storage of a grandkid. I ain't what I used to be. When younger I would have loved that cubby for my bedroom. With a guardrail.

Furrion has came out with almost a roof mounted mini split type air conditioner. I seen it on Big Truck, Big RVs KZread channel a few days ago. It could be a good option to look at when you guys are ready for that part of the build.

What a difference those two windows make! It's starting to look like a real RV instead of a box truck. You can use magnetic curtain rods for the windows if you want privacy. Will you put up guard rails for the upper bunk bed? I'd be afraid of rolling out and crashing to the floor. Great, engineering for those cute and functional windows!

VENTILATION: pickup topper is my camper, but was needing some air movement, fortunately GOD hath graced me with a variety of Milwaukee battery tools, so was able to obtain their fan, that also has an adapter to plug into regular outlet, not sure, but I think Dewalt is simular. Liked the air flow so well gifted my brother one, so when he's moving hay in his barn, or working in his grain bin, said it was ok, problem was took him twice as long to move hay with it on😢😢 kept standing in front of it to cool down and catch his breath 😀 👍 😉 😊

Are you going to have a bike carrier on the back? If you build it big enough to carry your bike then build a fold up piece to hold everything in, once you fold it down and unload everything , the carrier itself could become a nice little deck on the back of the truck.

I'm thinking that that same pull out ramp could be used if Elizabeth needs a ramp for easier access or getting out than the door with stairs, could also work with a wheelchair should that ever become an issue. I never understood the love of stairs. I grew up in a valley and we only ever had 2 stairs at a time in a house to get into the house. We had what today is called "a rambler", that is a one story with several bedrooms. It's easier for most people to use a ramp rather than stairs, but stairs are everywhere here back east😢
