After the ppl from" Gone in 60 seconds" jacked B is for Build's car, eleanor died, the brand died , the movie died . For anyone whom is a car person they did the unthinkable.

Dragon Eye664 from what I understand they own the likeness of the car and don’t want people reproducing it, so they took it. If that is true I don’t think any lawyer could’ve help B is for Build. Such a shame really killed the vibe of the movie imo

It was a timing thing. And omaze is right. Not the same car at all. His build was a fast back dropped onto a newer gt500 chassis.and it was ugly af under the hood and the rocker panel was like 10 inches tall under the door because those two cars wre never supposed to mate up.cool idea but u can tell the omaze fastback is a genuine classic.and pause under the hood.nothing hodge podge about it.

ravenof1985 Youre wrong, do some research on Eleanor Licensing LLC. They have case law and a track record for winning these cases. You could pay the best lawyer on the planet well in excess of what the car would be worth, and you’re still not going to win the case.

Omaze should be ashamed for supporting a company that would screw over a fellow car enthusiast (ironically to make all real car people hate them) like Chris with B Is For Build... anyone reading this that is not in the know should go subscribe to "B Is For Build" and see what was done to them (unfortunately you won't be able to see the amazing car they were building, to pay homage to Eleanor #ironyagain - but you'll get to see him talk about how they screwed him and basically stole his car)

I bought a draw from Omaze and I feel I got scammed

My family was never rich but when I was in 7th grade My dad brought home a rolling shell of a 1968 Mustang coupe. It had an inline 6 and the car was in rough shape. He said son, If you want a car to drive when you get to high school you better learn how to build one. I remember spending all of my birthday money and Christmas money to buy things for that car. I remember the late nights welding with my dad. By the time I got the High School in 2006 I was able to drive this car to school. Black mustang with white racing stripes with a brand new interior. I loved that car so much. In 2010 I sold it so I could use the money to start a business and my thought process was that i was going to be so rich I could buy two mustangs. One for me and one for my dad. What I forgot was that the Mustang I sold could not NEVER be replaced. My dad and I bonded and the moment that car was gone a big piece of me went with it. I look at the pictures and cry when I think about the sacrifice my father made to help me restore that vehicle. I want to win this car FOR HIM!

Left out the most important detail from car in movie. Car in movie is a Shelby GT500. You could put Shelby emblems and the cobra all over this car though because it goes way faster than the 67 did..lol
