With that being says she's the one who helped him pass his med exam and her son it says so in one of the episodes, Not to mention her mother politely informed his mother that her daughter got way better grades than her son when they were in med school

Never mess up with Doctor Cha. She even got even better score than her crazy husband (professor)

I want to watch this but the poster for the show makes it look like he's the male lead. I mean ofc he is a male lead, he's her husband, but I wouldn't be surprised if they get back together. I don't want to watch it if that's the case.

I think (hope and pray tbh) that this show is trying to tackle feminist issues in a fun light. For example, the show is doing a great job to show how housewives are exploited and unappreciated while also showing how women are pressured to leave their education to raise children. Divorce is still heavily frowned upon South Korea, and Im really hoping this show is trying to build it up so that by the end of it everyone is relieved that they are divorced.

You should have pushed it Dr. Cha! If you're correct, you will not just continue to work, but he will not do anything to undermine you or make things difficult for you. He would have to be VERY supportive of you because you saved his A--. One's title ("Professor") or position or no. of years does not make one "unquestionable". There is always more to learn. One has to keep an open mind and a learning attitude especially since lives are at stake in that profession. But then, he is just too arrogant. Years have made him think that he is more intelligent than Dr. Cha. Having impregnated and married her, he just succeeded in eliminating an intelligent competition at the time. He already proved to have lacked EI which includes control when he was young and as an adult with responsibilities. Years of practice and thinking he is "competent" has not helped him at all. As the Chinese proverb says, "Outside of the sky, there is the sky. Outside of people, there are people". Save your smile squidward.
