The way Wim was talking to that kid really warmed my heart.... just pure 100% patience and kindness, zero anger or reaction at all.... I find myself getting very angry for very short periods of times at small things. I need to work on that for when I am a father. There are very few things that really matter and is worth getting upset about.

Being perma virgin is definitely one of the few exceptions. No anger can possibly exceed that of sexual frustration without killing you of a heart attack from all the cortisol.

You're probably a relatively young person, why did you have elevated blood pressure in the first place? When I have blood pressure 140/95 (usually it means a terrifying hangover, happens to me every other year), it feels like I'm dying and need to call an ambulance asap before it's too late. I never call an ambulance tho, because that's way too girly thing to do. On the other hand, some people have blood pressure 200/whatever, and they don't even feel it. Blood pressure is a strange thing.

Wim you're about 30 years older than me. You cannot imagine how much hope this gives me when I'm feeling like shit and contemplating my mortality.

Jacky. Follow Wim's instructions. Believe me it will do you a power of good. You will literally feel powerful. I am 71 for three months I have been taking a cold (ice) shower. Within three weeks the pain of my Arthritic Knees disappeared. I have more enery. Enthusiasm. Less Stress. It makes you feel fantastic, and so much more Positive. Go for It!!

I've been doing the deep breathing exercises for about 4 years the summer of 2020 I caught covid-19 it never entered my lungs, it wasn't pleasant but I've had far worse I believe this man saved my life I was a smoker for 45 years I should have been in the hospital on a respirator I give wim credit for teaching me and myself credit for having the willpower.. and keeping with it everyday. It's also possible that nicotine protected you from getting severe Covid (vagus nerve protection or something) but I understand your point. He's amazing! I've been dealing with long Covid (non-smoker) and coughed (MCAS/histamine intolerance) for 6 months until I started his breathing method and cold showers (will do ice baths soon). Spent so much money on supplements, did enemas, fasting but nothing really got me over the hump until Wim Hof's methods. Thank you, Mr. Hof!!!
