The lake scene gets me every time 😭😭😭

My favorite intimate moments in the whole show are in this season. 1.) After choir practice when Wille and Simon are just closely whispering about why Wille joined choir. 2.) The fact that Wille and Simon started laughing when they got caught making out by the inspectors. There was a time when that would've caused Wille to have a full-blown panic attack, and it becoming something to be amused by shows so much progress in Wille accepting himself. Same with their kiss in front of everyone on the first day. Both Simon and Wilhelm are wearing bright colors, clearly saying, "See us. We're not hiding anymore. We're happy." During the whole show, I didn't think it would have a happy ending for Wilmon, and I'm so pleased to have been wrong.

I dont 100% agree with the ending and thats not the most realistic ending ever. But demn, that ending was so satisfying and well deserved and to put it simply : perfect! Kudos to the writers! ❤

@@sintiatm3204 I totally agree. I think people are generally being very Evan Kelmp about the longevity of their relationship, but I do love that I was wrong and we got a happy ending. I would have been thrilled with just Wille abdicating as a conclusion, because that needed to happen regardless of if he and Simon ended up together. Even if Wille and Simon don't grow old together, I'm still incredibly happy they ended the show as a couple and Wille is no longer forcing himself into a role that he didn't believe in and made him so miserable.

I'm old and never have I ever seen chemistry like these two have. Also you can see the chemistry off screen too, During interviews etc. ❤❤❤

This couple has etched their unified initials into the collective Heart of everyone who knows of them. The look on Simon's face as he holds Wilhem at the end contains both their feelings about the whole of this experience. What a gift they are to one another.... to us all!

The chemistry between them i think no one could ever acheive the bond the hv is unbreakable the look they share together is fabulous they just hv an unbreakable bond and chemistry.The kisses shared in the show are so passionate and heart warming im so happy of how they hv developed and now dont care what others think about their realtionship.The connection between both the actors aswell Omar Rudberg and Edvin Ryding is just so beautiful they r always there for the other one.The acting is impeccable,outstanding,wowing,unbelievable and amazing i cannot get over this show i dont think i ever will.The beautiful scenes shown in the show will always be in my heart and this part of my life will always be cherished.Thank you Netflix Nordic for providing this video for us you really know how to help us remeber tostop crying about young royals being over and cherish the memories from this beautiful show. ❤❤

can only say one thing: The Netflix production is one of the most beautiful and emotional I have seen so far. In addition to Heartstopper, the acting is wonderful and the two Willie and Simon simply surpass everything. It doesn't get much better than that. Willhelm's performance as he looks at Siomon walking towards him is also heartbreaking. Simon too. These two boys tell the story of a love between them that is so wonderful that this series is hard to let go of. Netflix has dared to show the world what is real in a few series, be it Young Royals, Beetween, Heartstopper, even Dead Girls Don't Lie. THANK YOU NETFLIX for your great program. But Young Royals captivated me.

I need something to fill in this gaping hole in my heart left by Young Royals

I’m crying every single day since it ended, I’m still in denial, it’s unfair they left us so soon cuz I’ll be missing them like crazy. I can’t believe they had this big of an impact on me. I literally fell in love with their LOVE. The connection they have, both the characters and the actors is just magnificent. The biggest applause to Edvin and Omar, without them it would’ve have been this impeccable portrayed, I think here we’re the most lucky that we got to witness this spectacular dou. This show has ripped a part of my heart and replaced it with these two, destroyed me in the most beautiful way ever and made me cry out of happiness and sadness at the same time, crazy right? Anyways, I really really hope this is not the last time they collaborate with each other. Their chemistry is is just too phenomenal to be ignored. There must be more of them, I’m begging! I bet everything they would do together, would always come out as the most incredible thing ever.(this may sound dramatic but they deserve all the praise in the world for their work, talent, and so on) Peace to everyone! I never really thought they might not be endgame, but after the lake scene I suddenly wasn't sure anymore. And the weirdest thing: it would have been ok for me. Definitely not what I wanted, but this whole lake scene was just absolute perfection. I didn't know how beautiful a heartbreaking goodbye could be. After that, even if they had screwed up the end of the episode, I would have still loved the finale. ❤️😢❤

I wonder why because it was completely different from season 2 where Wille is so destroyed and angry about Simon moving on. Maybe because at the lake it feels like he's letting go and that feeling is conveyed to us.

@@jb689 You're right, I never thought about that. Maybe it's because the second time they actually got to say goodbye. Also, I think they just understand each other so much better by the end. The first time they broke up they hadn't really talked about their situations and different opinions yet. And in addition to that in season 1 they broke up because of one decision Wille made. In season 3 everything was slowly building up to it and Wille could see how badly their relationship impacted Simon. And finally I think that even without Simon Wille would have been in a much better place than in season 2. In season 2 he was alone with everything that had come crushing down around him. Even though he was already friends with Felice, their friendship hadn't been that strong yet. He hadn't started dealing with his own issues in therapy yet. His grief over Erik was still fresh. He hadn't made his peace with August yet. The crown didn't allow him to be open about himself. He also didn't actually know if Simon had ever loved him back. And he was keeping all of these emotions bottled up inside. By the time they went to that lake he was still far away from truly being happy but things had gotten better. He might not have needed Simon the same way anymore and was able to put Simon's needs ahead of his own. I think season 2 Wille couldn't let Simon go because he loved him, but in season 3 he knew he had to let him go because he loved him. It just shows his immense growth that he can put Simon's needs first.
