Five Nights at Freddy's (FNaF) is a video game series and media franchise created by Scott Cawthon. The first video game was released on August 8, 2014, and the resultant series has since gained worldwide popularity.
The main series consists of nine video games taking place in locations connected to a fictional family pizza restaurant franchise named "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza", after its mascot, the animatronic bear Freddy Fazbear. In most games, the player assumes the role of a night-time employee, who must utilize tools such as security cameras, lights, doors, and vents to defend themselves against animatronic characters who inhabit the locations and become mobile and hostile at night. Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?
Freddy Fazbear is the titular antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's series, who later appears as multiple variations in the succeeding games. Freddy is an animatronic bear and children's entertainer housed at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, alongside Bonnie and Chica. He is the mascot of the original Freddy Fazbear's Pizza chain and takes the role as the lead singer of the band, standing in the center of the stage. Secretly, Freddy and the other animatronics are haunted by children murdered by a man named William Afton. He and the others are now seeking revenge against their killer by attacking any adults in the pizzeria after-hours in blind rage.
Springtrap, previously known as Spring Bonnie, is the main antagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's 3 and the withered form of Spring Bonnie. He is possessed by William Afton, the main antagonist of the series. He appears in Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted and Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery.
The Source Filmmaker (SFM) is the movie-making tool built and used by us here at Valve to make movies inside the Source game engine. Because the SFM uses the same assets as the game, anything that exists in the game can be used in the movie, and vice versa. By utilizing the hardware rendering power of a modern gaming PC, the SFM allows storytellers to work in a what-you-see-is-what-you-get environment so they can iterate in the context of what it will feel like for the final audience.

Boyfriend, also known as Yourself, is an alternate universe version of Boyfriend. After the death of his Girlfriend and suffering a unknown incident, he has now changed both in mind and body. He is the star of the song Silly Billy.
Shadow Freddy is a supporting antagonist throughout the fnaf series.
He is an easter egg in Five Nights at Freddy's 2 and one of the two secondary antagonists of Five Nights at Freddy's 3 (alongside Phantom Freddy).

I think in this case given the “follow me” part of the lyrics section, the title of the song either represents Shadow Freddy leading the animatronics to go kill William, or Shadow Freddy leading the animatronics so William can dismantle them, depending on the way you interpret the post-night minigames in FNAF 3.

@@SploobiciousIt's not really clear weather he lured the animatronics in the safe room to help William destroy them or because he wanted to free them and for when he was Nightmare when he jumpscares he brings you back to the title screen instead of the usual game over screen so it's debatable weather he wanted to kill you or not i just see him as more of neutral force

@@ImWafflesThey mean S.Freddy’s “Chromatic”, which is what is used to make him “sing” in the mod (it’s basically a combination of vowels and sound bits used to mimic the effect of a voice singing, without needing to worry about actual lyrics)

Fredbear but that's only because they act the same and in the Freddy files Shadow Freddy Is confirmed to appear in Fnaf 4 2)Hide and Seek uses RWQ as a parallel to explain Nightmare and in this story RWQ when It enters someone Dreams he appears much bigger with sharper claws and teeth and it's also confirmed that It was Michael that saw N. Because Shadow Freddy is a retake of golden Freddy's skin it's not golden Freddy from FNAF 1 it's from FNAF 2
I'm surprised that you didn't sneak "It's Me" into the lyrics somewhere, but otherwise this is a top-notch cover! Shadow Freddy turning into Golden Freddy halfway through and summoning a image of Shadow Bonnie during the big finale are both clever touches, as is the decision to have Shadow Freddy appear weakened at the very end. Presumably, this is a hypothetical scenario where Shadow Freddy is some kind of ghost or "echo" of William Afton's evil spirit (possibly controlled/used as a disguise for his AI copy) and Withered Freddy has to banish him before he gets up to his old tricks.

Idk why, but the Golden Freddy’s animations look so freaking smooth and I love them. Also this is such a good idea of a cover. Also the idea that Shadow Freddy can mimic Golden Freddy is a cool idea.
I appreciate the kneeling poses. I feel like thats what they wanted to do in the original mod, but just couldn't fit it in the time crunch to release.
