I can’t begin to imagine what you all are feeling. I’m a huge fan of Willie, I watched every performance he did on American Idol. He was always my favorite and always will be. He just had a way of drawing you in and making you emotional while watching him. I just know he was an amazing human being who touched a lot of people. He did so much in his short life, and there was so much more awaiting him in the future. I truly believe he was a legend in the making. I do believe he would have someday gotten that Grammy he dreamed about. He’s just had an absolute God given talent that not many are blessed with. He will be truly missed by all❤ My thoughts are with his friends and family

Omg he was only 23. This is absolutely terrible and tragic. He had such a gift and kind spirit. From that first time I heard him singing diamonds in the band room of his high school to his run on American idol and where he was going with his life. RIP Willie. I’m sorry your life was cut short. You deserved so much more brother. Be with God and sing with the angels.

All I do is weep and the shock ..I can hardly contain myself to say something,... anything. Willie Spence healed me thru his singing. I was in the hospital with cancer when he was on his second run of American Idol. He was our everything.

I was just watching his shine bright like a diamond video last week...God has a very important work for him in heaven and he needed him right away...we will meet him again his just resting...I'm a fan of his and you could feel that he had such a sweet spirit...God Bless his family and friends...until we meet again oh what a time it's going to be!! I stopped watching American Idol a long time ago (Fantasia days) but my heart 💔💔hurt when I saw this. I watched some of his American Idol performances "Glory" blew me away, his voice was so amazing, gentle, soft, and riveting!! He moved me with every song I listened to. He definitely took you to church every time! Which was exemplary of where his heart really was...I hate that he didn't get an opportunity to see London next month, seemed like he was really looking forward to that. While I didn't watch any of his performances prior, Willie seemed like he had a GREAT love for his family and my heart hurts for them right now. His family will continue to be in my prayers, it's like Luke Bryan said - Willie will save people with his voice, we just didn't know it would be in this way. Blessings, LOVE, and PEACE to his family, supporters, and friends everywhere. May God bring incredible comfort during this time of grief and painful loss. 🙏🕊❤😢
