you should watch off grid no matter the team, shows alot of the preparation from other teams and sometimes we are too quick to say "oh shit driver" or whatever, but only if we watch the off grid, we realize what goes behind the scene!

Well done Nyck , fantastic job!

This was really fun to watch. Watching the race we found ourselves commenting "What if Albon and De Vries drove these cars, together". Somehow, Both Albon and Nyck can make the most out of the Williams car and honestly it seems it has a lot more to give than I thought.

Give Latifi’s seat to Nyck. The longer you delay, the worst things look tbh. Plain for everyone to see at Monza!

Wanted to mention that I got to talk with the mechanic in the middle of the shot at 12:09 after Budapest. Took a few minutes out of his and his collegue's hectic day to chat to me about their path to F1 and their job. Was amazing and reminded me that all of those people are humans like me and you, and that everything is possible, as long as you put your mind to it. Great stuff, didn't catch their names, but I will forever cherish this moment. Keep up the great work and hopefully you reach the deserved success!

The stress of a driver falling away on such short notice and then getting his rookie replacement ready must be enormous. Both for the team and the driver. Nick did awesome with the little time he had to prepare. Hope he gets a seat at a team. I like Latifi, he seems like a really good guy. Regretfully that is not enough to stay in F1.

Williams put themselves in a bit of a pickle. Their last-minute stand-in driver outperforms the regular driver who's been there for years. That must hurt on multiple levels. Nicky really seems like a nice bloke, but purely on performance... it's quite obvious. Hopefully Alex will get well soon!
