Indeed--you said it! For 3 long years they lived together--then he went home. Patricia married another--but no denying they belonged together.

Fountainhead was so far ahead of its time and what and funny. But Gary Cooper made many good movies that were for forehead of the time .

Wow, Amy Winehouse died a year after Patricia Neal! Patricia was more than fifty years older than Amy! Patricia endured so much more than Amy did, though.

This book and movie was such a hot mess, even Cooper said he didn't understand the speeches he was making in it, but you can see the passion between him and Neal was real.

Fusion Pieri - These things happen in life sometimes whether you ever intended them to or not. I think these two people really loved each other and suffered greatly when their romance had to end. Apparently it affected both of their lives from then on. No one wins in these kinds of situations. Even though he went back to his family, I feel sure that a certain closeness with his wife was gone forever. You cannot help who you love sometimes when love goes deep.
