I 100% agree, Bridgetowne will be the new hotspot and sought after township in the Phil. I studied it thoroughly and invested/got units in both Haraya and Velaris. ;) By the way, when you said you can put a washer/dryer in the maid's room, there's no need as all units (1,2, & 3 br units) come with their own washer & dryers which are in one of the cabinets in the kitchen (akin to how the fridge looks like a kitchen cabinet). I bought it for investment to rent out either long term or airBNB, but now Im going to live in for a while with my family as it would be a disservice to them if we didnt, hehe.. ;)

This high end condo reminds me of the condo’s here in the US. I’m glad they make fancy condo’s nowadays there. I was used to seeing other condo’s which are so tiny, cheap looking and overpriced before lol. Thanks for the preview :)

Marikina river is known to overflow. This happens very frequent and the businesses and homes along the river are waist deep in water. What they should build is a flood control canals like the ones in Los Angeles and Las Vegas to lessen the floods.

Turnover is 2028 so the payment terms are very good/flexible and as its just new, this is the best time to invest in it. Im not an agent or broker by the way, I invested in a unit (1br) here. I studied thoroughly and its a really good investment. 😉 If you have any questions, just let me know and Ill refer you to my broker ;)

@@gangstagummybear3432 I’m not comparing unit however there are big houses that are way cheaper in the 🇺🇸. I had my house built in a gated community here in 🇵🇭. Lots of amenities ie 3 big swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, kids playgrounds etc. It’s a 200 hectares development. I designed a 2 story with 2,000 square feet house. I made sure and bought top of the line materials. Kitchen appliances and furnitures are made in the 🇺🇸 and Italy. I spent less than 7 million pesos back in 2018.

@@amaliahightower Sure thing, the locations of those places in the US are probably way out in the rural part of the south, no one around for miles, no stores or anything for atleast 20 minutes; so I wouldnt chose them over this if I had the money.
