They should build an underground tunnel with an automatic walkway (like at airports) connecting the main house to the guest house so it's all one house and easier to get from one to the other.

It is odd how far away the guest house is. It’s quite a distance. I always get hesitant when they only have renderings of the property. It’s not built yet. I would rather put my money towards something I can actually see. Feel.

I thought they put a limit on square footage on new mega mansions being built. Wasn't that why Nile Niami was saying that the house was worth so much because new mega mansions couldn't be built anymore? Or was it just cause they had the permit to host pay per view events 🤣

  • @GordonJones88

I think the square footage might also be based on lot size. So a giant lot can reasonably fit a giant house.

These mega homes would give me the same problem I would have if I bought a mega yacht: I spent so much capital buying it I would be constantly looking for imperfections and end up feeling like a complainer and a malcontent. So what if you're the boss? If all you do is walk around pointing out problems to staff you will end up hating yourself. You would have to have fame as well as money to draw in a reliable pool of people to keep you inspired. If you think you would never get lonely in a house like this, or giant yacht, this is mistaken, unless you are on drugs or drinking a lot. One lady was alone on a yacht with a staff of 50 people while her husband was away and the massage lady said she confided in her how lonely she was on the ship. Its like buying a super expensive car, you wind up focused on the imperfections.
