197.) Will The "No Contact" Rule Actually Make Your Ex Come Back?
What is the right way to use the “No Contact” strategy?
Does “No Contact” Always Work?
When is using “No Contact” a BAD idea?
Why do some breakup coaches advise against “No Contact”?
What mistakes do people make when using the “No Contact” tactic?
How can you tell if “No Contact” is working?
What is the right way to use the “No Contact” strategy?
So, essentially, the CORRECT way to employ “No Contact” -- at least, if you want it to work like it’s supposed to and help you win back your ex -- is to actually NOT contact your ex at all. If you only do a half-assed version of No Contact, if you give in and reach out to your ex or allow them to draw you into a conversation… then it’s not going to work, and you may as well not bother. Yes, there are a few situations where you can and maybe even should break No Contact, which I’ll cover shortly… but generally speaking, you really have to stay disciplined and avoid ANY communication with your ex during the No Contact period.
Does “No Contact” Always Work?
No. Of course not. There’s no strategy that will work in 100% of cases. But, for almost all of you watching this video, your best chance at winning your ex back will involve using “No Contact”. At the very least, even if you’re facing a unique or unusual situation, you’ll likely need to employ a “Modified No Contact”.
When is it a BAD idea to use “No Contact”?
#1 - When you broke up with your ex MORE than six months ago. In many cases, if it’s been a really long time since the initial breakup, No Contact won’t be necessary unless you’ve been talking to your ex frequently since then.
#2 - When you still live with your ex, work at the same office, or you have children together. Most of the time, situations like this require a Modified No Contact technique… again, please visit BreakupBrad.com/coaching to work with me so we can develop a strategy specifically tailored to your situation.
#3 - When your ex won’t stop talking to you, and/or when they become angry and resentful about your lack of replies. At first, you want to ignore your ex’s attempts to reach out during No Contact…. But very occasionally, an ex might start getting really angry that you keep ignoring their messages, and at that point you may need to break No Contact. This is pretty rare, and also ties in to the final reason you MAY not want to use the No Contact method….
#4 - When your ex says they want to get back together or asks you to take them back. This definitely DOES happen from time to time -- that’s how effective No Contact can often be -- but it has to be a very clear sign from your ex that they are 100% ready to get back together. If they simple ask to meet up and “talk about things” or if they send mixed signals and say things like “
There’s one simple reason that people claim No Contact doesn’t work or is a bad idea: to create controversy and generate exposure for their website or KZread channel. They’ll often even mention some of my related techniques like the Clean Slate Message or the Modified No Contact method… and tell you that these are dumb strategies that will hurt your chances rather than help you win your ex back. They do this because they know that people are searching Google or KZread for those terms after watching my videos or signing up for my Ex Factor program, and they want to capitalize on that search traffic.
Again, this is just a quick summary of a few signs that indicate ignoring your ex is working the way it should… don’t be alarmed if you haven’t seen any of these signs yet, though…. Sometimes this technique will be working perfectly, but your ex might just be particularly disciplined and not give in to their desire to reach out to you… in those cases, you won’t be able to determine how well it’s working, you’ll just have to have faith and know that you’re using the best possible strategy. Again, you can see plenty of comments here on KZread praising No Contact and testifying to how well it works and how key it was in winning back their ex…. And you can always get my personal help using No Contact and figuring out whether it’s working the way it should by be signing up for my 1-on-1 coaching. Get the details, see my current availability, and sign up at BreakupBrad.com/Coaching… I promise it’s a lot more affordable than you’re expecting.

Yes it works but not worth it when they come back. After making positive changes about myself and drawing closer to God i realise they are not worth it.They still have that behaviour which caused the breakup. I deserve better.

Even if you think you might not be able to get them back with no contact doing it will still help your feelings go away in the process. Also it can make you realize whether you even really want them back. No contact really is the best first step after a relationship.

Want to give a huge shoutout to Coach Brad for making me believe and trust the power of NC. It took 29 days for her to reach out but she finally did. My ex came over last night and spilled everything she has been feeling since the breakup and I contribute almost all of that to the power of NC. Even though we both agreed that it is too soon to start a new relationship, we came to an agreement that we do not want to shut the door on having one in the future since we both still love each other. STAY STRONG PEOPLE, TRUST NC. It is driving your ex crazy, you just have to believe.

If anyone is watching in 2022, no contact worked for me! I broke no contact after 1 week because my ex had an accident and i basically begged him to take me back, which i know i was weak and shouldn’t have, but i re-started no contact and started focusing on my self, hit the gym harder, started doing internal work, hanging out with friends and living my life the best i could. I was starting to lose hope i would hear from him, but on week 3 i got a message from him and we started talking, then he proceeded to tell me how much he missed me and what big mistake he had made, how much he couldn’t stop thinking about us, we are starting over and taking things slowly! Don’t lose faith but more importantly focus on your self! Do more things that make you happy ❤️🙌🏼✨

@@chynabarges3126 Yes! We might get married this fall! We maintained a friendship after dating that developed into a very intimate relationship. Then when he thought I always liked him, I told him we're great friends, that shocked him and he ran after me literally. The less I care, the more he fell in love. I wasn't suffocating him, I didn't care if he called or not, text or not, he came on its on and said he loved how I always tried to reach out consistently and that showed "character". Well, by then I was tired of chasing him and he started the crazy chase! Hahahahha! I traveled a lot, I also took a course in Counseling which helped with my communication skills, deal with my anger and frustration from the past relationships including a terrible divorce. I am just a new confident different woman. Working out and sexy, smart! From "crazy girl" he now says "there is my wife".

Here's a quick overview: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qpuGkpWLk7iendo.html Lots of folks seem to be oblivious about it, so here goes: the 30-day "no contact" rule, once COMPLETED, is just the first phase for most people (unless your ex sincerely wanted you back and it's shown in their actions). There are two more phases to go through if you want an ex back, and the third is to rekindle/rebuild the attraction with an ex. Learn the basics here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5l7sLJ7lNPUo6w.html

Hi Brad, Im so happy to have come across your page . My ex dumped me almost 2 months ago and we've been in contact periodically since . The break up was first supposed to be a break in which I had to move out and he wanted space and time for us to figure out if this is what we really wanted . And time apart for us to miss and value each other, and then it turned into an actual break up after 2 weeks after he admit he was dating and socializing. It then got physically and we said hurtful words to each other and I told him I was cheating to hurt his feelings when in actuality i wasnt. I reached out on numerous occasions apologizing and crying , begging and pleading but he refuses . He still says he loves me and he will always love me and he will always have a special place in his heart for me and that he misses me but he says has accepted the fact that the relationship is really over and that I should just let it go and move on. i dont know what else to do now but i kept breaking the no contact rule

I think your ex needs his freedom for whatever reason. If you've clarified you haven't cheated, you don't have to feel guilty for it, especially since you've tried to fix things with him ever since. Look, the bottom line is your ex has significantly lost attraction. Watch what I’ve explained here and watch the entire length of the video to gain full understanding, as well as know what to do: y2u.be/E9wG_ErBQoI It’s important to rebuild the attraction naturally so your ex will be amenable to working things out, eventually. This is what my guide is for but you can also learn the basic principles of my 3R system here and watch the vid til' the end so you don't end up missing the important points: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5l7sLJ7lNPUo6w.html and the golden rules here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y59-k9ubpamveKg.html

For all those broken hearts out there, word of advice: Ive watched these videos when me and my ex were broken up about 2 years ago. Me and my ex got back together thanks to these videos. The way i did it, no contact for a month. If she/he reaches out to you, Dont flirt. Just friend zone even if they want you back. This makes them work for your attention. (This is a little risky.) Make them jealous but in moderation until you know she def wants you back. Then go on a really nice 1st date. Our first date after break up was going to an amusement park. We reconnected completely. Good luck guys.

One thing that I must respectfully point out which seems to be missing from literally every NC advice video I’ve ever seen from any Coach, is, the power of No Contact, COMBINED with how you PUT IT DOWN when times were good. Like Eddie Murphy once said in his movie Raw, when you make her go “Woo Woo Woo, that’s when you know you got her”. If you ever smashed, to complete and total annihilation, this along with NC, seems to be something no woman can ever get pass. ‘Lay’ the groundwork on her FIRST, for maximum NC results. Miss Me!

Good! Just a reminder, once you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule and assuming you did it correctly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iqOir9aFdtKWYJM.html but make sure you tick off the checklist here first: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dHWcr9Smp5a5ndY.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? It's too complicated to explain everything on here, but here's an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5l7sLJ7lNPUo6w.html Good luck!

My boyfriend broke up with me and I told him it hurt and I cried when he packed his stuff but when he walked out the door I instantly did no contact. I didn't make it to 30 days.. I texted him after 28 days. I just said hello. Told him that I found an old coin at work (I work at a bank and he likes to collect different money) told him it made me think of him and I hope he is doing well. He called me within 2 minutes! We ended up talking and laughing. But he said he didn't want to come back and hurt me again. He texted me a few times randomly for the next few days. Once about a dream he had about me. But then 3 days after I initially texted him I went out for a couple drinks with my friends he texted me that day and I told him I was going out. He offered me a ride home. We ended up talking then and got back together! He said the first 2 weeks were easy but then he started wondering if he made the wrong choice! He wondered if I was moving on and had started a "battle plan" on how to make it work with me. He said he didn't always appreciate me and he doesn't let himself be happy sometimes. That he gets mad at himself when he's not perfect. Told me all these things he thought of to make it work and that he needs to learn how to communicate problems with me bc he never gives me a chance. (He left once before) he also doesn't believe in living together before marriage and said that he would like to work on things and move in together! He said that I make sacrifices for him and he should do the same for me. That was a week ago. We've seen each other a few times since but I've kept distance. Been ok with not seeing each other everyday. I know before I expected to much to see him all the time. I'm shocked that it worked. He tells me he loves me and misses me. That he's lucky to find someone like me. After everything I'm unsure of things though... I don't trust him enough to move together anytime soon. I feel like once this wears off he will get upset about something in his life or something small I said in conversation let it build up and not say anything and leave again. So I'm just enjoying the moment with him when I do see him but give us both space otherwise.

I didn't go into 'no contact' but instead maintained a friendly relationship with my ex the past month since our breakup. I haven't been begging, pleading or asking for another chance, but still afraid it's too late. I've begun the 30 days now, do u think I should stick with 'no contact'?

Hey Brad ! Hope all is well. A little update on my no contact, well I've been obsessing over my ex even during no contact (I messed up there I know 😭) but I've decided to become obsessed with myself. With that being said I've started back doing my workouts, I've became so in love with writing stories, poems, songs(basically my hobbies that I stopped doing when I was obsessing over him) so yea I'm off to a pretty good start. At this point I really don't care if he doesn't hit me up I mean if he does then that's good but if he doesn't that's also good. I wanna say thank you for helping me along the way even at points I didn't know what to do, thank you for making it clear to me. It honestly depends on the person. I've had people come back after no contact and others who never contacted me again, after no contact. I think a lot has to do with how many times you have broken up or how bad you hurt the other person. My last break up, within the first week of no contact he broke it first, but then we didn't speak anymore after that. So I did fail and contact him one more time and we talked, but it never went further then a few words. I gave up and haven't spoke to him since. He has never reached out again. It's been over a year. I think in that case no contact/absence did not make the heart grow fonder. lol

You mentioned, if the relationship was short, it is likely they forget you? 😔 After all the weird experiences I had with boys, I recently met a very decent, polite boy. On our second date he shared how bad he felt when his ex moved to another place, so I knew there was someone who left him to go elsewhere. Things were really good between us but after our fifth date he wasn’t messaging as much as usual for few days and eventually told me his ex is back to the city and since he hasn’t overcome his feelings for her, he can’t continue with me. We decided to meet up and say goodbye. We had a walk at the beach and talked and both cried, because he admitted he did have feelings for me but can’t forget the special times he had with the ex, especially that he had seen me just 5 times in a month, but used to live with her in same house for about a year or so. Therefore, definitely what he had with her was deeper than with me, even though we were physically close, too. After a walk and crying and some hugs, we went to a restaurant and had dinner but I couldn’t eat knowing its my last night with him. We even took goodbye photos! Smiling together and Laughed at “what kind of break up is this?” With a romantic dinner and hugs and even goodbye kisses?! I asked, “are you sure this is not a prank? How can you be so kind and even hug and kiss but decide to go back to someone who once left you?” He said “I really don’t know… but I can’t overcome her and what I had with her was very special.” Also, they spoke same language and his English was not so good, I can understand he found her easier to communicate with than with me. I am very sad, because even though she was his ex, but to get back to her while he was close enough with me, is cheating. He cheated to me, right? But second, despite the cheating, the way he treated me while we were together and even on the day of breakup and after it was so polite, he was literally the sweetest boy I ever dated. He never replied me rudely even when I was mad at him and called him cheater… Now, I understand he cheated to a girl he met for a month to go back to someone he dated for a longer time, was living with her, someone with his same language.., but all and all, because of how special I felt with him, I want him back… My question is, is there any hope he might return? 😔 I am so sad that I deactivated my Instagram and Facebook as I couldn’t take him pulling back… saddest new year eve ever… What can I do, or not to do to have him back? In our last message on WhatsApp I asked him if it’s likely we meet again sometime and he said “yes, but just one more time, because I can’t see you and control my feelings. I might want more than a friend from you so we better not meet with me having a girlfriend. I don’t want to cheat to her… “ Is there chance he come back to a girl he just dated 5 times? I would really appreciate your advice 😔 Thanks in advance.

Hi Brad My problem is family disapproval and cultural differences. On dec 1, my family hosted a wedding, my girlfriend agreed to come as a friend. Why we made this decision because I dont want to separate with my one year ex and it wasn't the right time for me to say anything. My mother pulled me aside and asked, is that your gf ? You better not be dating her. I said no. So I knew the answer already. I know I messed up. Another thing my ex was upset about was that she thinks that I'm having her is an embarrassment and people will know. Such as holding hands under the table. I never thought that at all. I had a headache and couldn't talk to anyone and she noticed. Five nights later, she wanted to break up. I cried and ask let's talk about it. I realized what I did wrong and she said she dont want to see me. Few days later I told my mother about the truth, that shes my girlfriend. My mother told me not to date her. I told my mother she is a very nice person, smart, intelligent etc. I then wrote a letter to my ex and sent the following Sunday about what I told my mother. (I was blocked from fb) she then msg me 4 days later on fb saying "hi, I hope you're doing well, I didnt expect you to do that, I hope your mother is in peace knowing we are no longer dating" one thing I've noticed is that she put her relationship its complicated. I know it was for me. Waited another week, she deleted all pictures of us, changed her status to single, made a tinder profile, and blocked me again. She messaged me on Instagram, about the clothes we bought I said you can do as you please with it. I grieved, cried. On the following Sunday I wanted to go to church, she unblocked me and I messaged her through email instead, Merry Christmas and hope has a safe trip to visit her family. She replied that you so much! I hope you have fun with your family. Then on Christmas she messaged me saying hi, I hope you're having fun , my mother knows what happened between us and she wishes you the best of your life . I said thank you your mother is sweet, I'll let you have fun. with your family and we can talk when you come back. I left it at that NC. We had almost 1 year relationship. I've been working on myself. This my 2nd break up, I'm willing to move out and live a life with this girl. I know I messed up bad. Doing NC and I realized my mistakes.

Now I don't know a ton about your culture but from what I've gathered, these strict rules of marriage you have or who to marry are unbreakable, right? In this case,I'm sorry but this is beyond a relationship counsellor's reach. We don't make or bend these laws as it's strictly your own. Understand that the choice is ultimately up to your ex on whether to fight for you or not despite the opposition going on. Good luck!

This worked for me. Just stick with it, and don’t give in to replying until they try to make amends. Don’t give in to the attempts at validation like “I miss you.” “How was your day” etc. You have to sort of trick yourself into thinking it’s over for good. Even if you want them back, act like they’re gone for good. Do everything you can in that time to make yourself better, improve your health, your life, etc.

But except that, we didn't have any contact, not even seen each other, because he escaped in his weekend house. No interaction on social media, except that he looks on my stories on Instagram. Great!

  • @BradBrowning

This really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? If not, and your ex is really just texting some useless random stuff and/or asses his/her power over you, then you can just ignore and continue on with the 30-day "no contact" rule. Use your discretion. Watch and follow the tips here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lJuDqZusYcnHk5s.html

Hey Brad. I came across your content today and it is very interesting. My girl broke up with me 12 days ago. We had no contact since the day before yesterday where I asked her out for coffee to discuss why she broke up with me. She said that while she loves me, she is not in love with me anymore. Should I start NC from scratch, or did I wreck my chances by reaching out? Please advise.

Definitely cut off contact asap! I understand how you feel and it's gut wrenching when you're trying to ask your ex for a really good explanation, but resist that! If you ask me, really, closures are overrated. If your ex broke things off with you and acts like it, trust me, you'd really want to give each other space as soon as possible. However, these may help offer a different perspective on things, as to what really happened in your relationship: kzread.info/dash/bejne/pmp9uo-phdGtirQ.html AND kzread.info/dash/bejne/iIWeuM59h9uwYtI.html

Hi Brad! Thanks for you advice, it's great! I already bought the ex factor and I am quite confident about it! There is just one thing I am not sure about and I didn't find it in ex factor, so can you please help me with that? My gf broke up with me 3 weeks ago, but we stayed in touch and we chat, text, call or go out sometimes. I want to stick to your book now and apply 30 days NC rule, but I don't know how, when we normally chat. Should I tell her, that I need time for myself? Or should I just start ignoring her without telling her? I am quite sure that she will write me or call me in couple days if I will just start ignoring her, so should I text her back short messages (like you told in you book), or just ignor it completely?

Unless you're back together, it's still important to put the full 30-day straight "no contact" rule into priority because if you've been in touch after the breakup too soon, then you BOTH aren't taking the time needed to process the breakup and been acting like it hadn't happened. Here's how not contacting your ex can help you a lot: kzread.info/dash/bejne/rKtkpcquiKarndo.html Burying the problems which had caused the breakup in the first place is a surefire way towards a doomed relationship, if you get your ex back. Make sense now? You ought to teach your ex these very important lessons: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZoWZj5Z6XabWhrw.html On the other hand, you can work on the issues together but you have to make sure you're on the same page and you aren't being manipulated and/or strung along. Are you seeing any progress? Sign up for my coaching program so I can help assess your situation clearly, look at all the other factors at play and see things you might have missed and so I can guide accordingly on a regular, ongoing basis at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

Here is my situation. My ex and I had been broken up for about two months. I initiated the break but he concluded it. I begged for him back. He said he needed space. During the two months, we had a few lunch dates and were intimate twice. He hasn't mentioned anything about getting back together and doesn't say "I miss you." Then I saw this "no contact" rule thing and decided to implement it. Before leaving for Christmas, he got me a small Christmas gift and said "Merry Christmas zz" on Christmas Day. I didn't reply because I was under no contact at that time. But now it just seems rude and cruel. I'm not sure how to proceed. Any advice?

Encourage your ex to seek treatment because clinical depression is something only a therapist specializing on this can handle, even this is outside of my scope. But I can help you how to handle things on YOUR end as you go through this difficult ordeal. Dear Brad Browning, I would like to share my personal situation. I haven't spoken to my ex since the breakup (September 2018). He blocked me on everything. The year is almost over and I don't know what to do. I have an old prepaid number and I am thinking about sending him a message on New Year's Eve saying Happy New Year. Do you have advice for what to do because I am getting ignored to the point I sometimes start questioning myself if I really exist. Should I send him this message? I am so afraid that I do not have a chance any more (because the break up was in September) that I cannot sleep at night from the fear of losing him forever. I want him back in my life. Not one single second goes by without me thinking about him. Kind regards, Anita Agovic

  • @BradBrowning

    @BradBrowning

    5 жыл бұрын

Stop trying to contact him and focus on yourself instead. Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication. More about that on here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z4mIm5SCcpjbl9Y.html Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5l7sLJ7lNPUo6w.html and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : kzread.info/dash/bejne/dmV70rRufaTWgc4.html Good luck!

Hello Brad, I also have a question. I've stopped talking to my ex after she text me to say she's now seeing someone and they are together. I've had a feeling that she's been seeing someone for a while, even though after being blocked by her she unblocked me. I've stopped messaging her or calling her, but after 9 days I saw her again today after cycling home . Our homes are very close by each other and hers is also infront of a gym I've been going to for over 10 years. We spoke but she couldn't get away from me fast enough. I feel like we will never get back together, but a part of me hopes that we did. Shall I just continue moving on as I have deleted her number to make sure I don't call her again, but I'm finding this whole situation very sickening and toxic.

I need an advice. (Maybe also from you guys reading this) Me and my boyfriend broke up after 4 months (it happened last week) and since then I was trying 'no contact'. I want to be with him but he is afraid of commitment because in 5 months he is moving out from Europe to America and he feels like it's not going to work out and it will end up in pain on both sides. I know he wants me in his life but I can't be his friend. I don't know what to do or how to act. Also, I don't know how the no contact applies to this time. Especially if Christmas and NYE are around the corner and I know he will text me with wishes. Should I reply then and keep it short? Or not reply at all? Is there ANY way that it could even work out if he is so sure that we are going to split when he will leave?

She's lost attraction for you and it's a terrible idea to be friends with her. The boundaries won't be clear and you're technically both free to date other people. I get this question a lot so I wouldn't be surprised if you've found your answer before I even get to answer -- if you've checked my other videos, that is. In this type of situation, try to limit your contact with your ex. And by that I mean only interact with her "only" when absolutely necessary. Watch one of the latest videos I've posted here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lniO1NCHmJuyf8o.html Your case is actually one of the few cases where the “no contact” rule is an exception...but DON'T initiate random contact in any way and don’t make any unnecessary chitchats, all right?I've discussed it in these videos, as well as how to handle it: kzread.info/dash/bejne/rH-csKqhddC_fco.html but read my Ex Factor Guide because you still ought to go through the basics as well. I've posted an overview on how to get your ex back on an earlier vid, check it out as it's all there, but with the guide, you'll have an in-depth view on how to go about it, what to do after each phase (there are three phases in total), including what to say, do or not do, etc. since good timing is essential at www.breakupbrad.com Okay? Hey Brad, Thank you for your videos man, they really chilled my soul i was so desperate needed someone to talk to me like that im still desperate but a bit better 😂. I must admit that my girl from a while became cold and let me go of course, not all by herself i got her mad with my clingy mistakes of course. The last time i wrote so many massages to her, sms and call's but she didn't respond 😞. She stopped writing to me and doesn't look in my messages for 3 days now, when i call her she doesn't pick up or hang me off 😥and yesterday i gave her my excuse as you say in the your advices and now we wait 😐😐🥲I put my girl into no contact period. im really scared of loosing her i love her so much. I think that she is already feeling that bc she started to act like you told, to go online and offline in WhatsApp and uploaded some provocative pictures, and when she see me that im online too, she quickly go offline. Im so scared of her feelings could fade away from that no contact period 🥺🥺🥺. Im really hoping for positive denouement. Thank you anyway Wish to all broken hearts in the world to heal!

Hey, you're welcome! Cutting off contact really is your best shot. She has lost attraction, hence the breakup. But the overview/tips I've laid out should help regain the attraction if you play your cards right. The short answer is here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hpOLwcullpzeZto.html The first phase where you employ the 30-day "no contact" rule is the recovery phase, the next two phases are geared towards re-attracting and rekindling that lost attraction with your ex. This is known as my 3R system found in the guide. So to answer your question, yes, your ex can become really distant emotionally, mentally, and physically but this is why you have the two other phases to get an ex back. Here's an overview to help you understand: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5l7sLJ7lNPUo6w.html while here's a more condensed version here: y2u.be/7JtmVbDkblw Good luck!

Brad, I’ve been broken up with my ex for 3 years and throughout I’ve tried to get her back while she was in the 3 year relationship without luck. About 10 days ago she broke up with him and and me and her been hanging out for just over a week now, and already been sexual so quick. We are always flirting but today she told me she wants to take it slow, a few hours later cancled our plan to hang out with a lame excuse, am I just a rebound? She’s hot and cold one min she’s talking about our future and other day she’s talking about not rushing and wanting to better herself first. I need help

This is a common issue which many people face, so I suggest you watch this vid coz I covered that here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/h6ekq8Orc7rRZbA.html Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially.

Your ex is most likely lying about the reason of the breakup so try not to fall for that. However, the bottom line is your ex has significantly lost attraction.

On week three, NC. I kept in touch with him after the break up, for three years....... i still love him, yet at this point...... i believe that i am worthy of someone who loves me as much as i love them..... moving forward. I will let people know if he reaches out. He has some serious issues to work on..... we were together for 7 years. He was always generous, with money, but that was it. He is still the same person i met him years ago, no growth , no changes .

i think, that i've still have a chance to repair my relationship and it is all becaouse of your video ! I learn about "the best think to do , is cure my heart and no contact her, if she want to return , she must do this by her own will". So i do "no contact" whole month ! And believe it or not, she writed me this night and congrats me with "Happy New Year". I've respond after hour and reply with "Happy new year for you too. Do you write me becouse of politeness?" - i asked her. And today she messaged me again with "Just wanna write you and wish a happy new year ! I dont think, that this is not a big crime, right ?". And now i reply "thanks , if you wanna talk, we can meet and have a nice talk". Short and simple, just how it should be , messaging in order to meet in person ! Soo, i think, that i still have a chanche and i do all things right . And one thing - she is sooo stubborn girl, and yet, she messaged me. So, wish me luck guys ! And i wish luck for all you folks , because our broken hearts deserve it. Happy New Year !

Asking her that kind of question was completely unnecessary. That kind of question opens up drama which you don't want right now so try to be mindful next time, okay? The texting tips here will be a good starter: kzread.info/dash/bejne/p4KTuqOgeM3HdrA.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right.

I only did it for a week because the rules are “don’t respond unless they’re irate or are saying to you specifically that the want to be back with you”. & he was begging to be back with me!! Now we’re back to together .. THANK YOU BRAD. If it wasn’t for you.. I would have never used the no contact rule and not have gotten results if it wasn’t for you.

Hey Brad, I have just recently started speaking to my ex again after nearly 30 days of no contact, in which she contacted me a few times, in which she cares about me. Conversations have been good and positive ever since, a lot of laughter, in which we both agreed that we should catch up soon. I was just wondering what I should do from now on in? I'm thinking not to speak to her for a period of time now, to hopefully make her realise the positivity she is missing out on? Or do I keep speaking to her? I feel like I havnt completed no contact fully, and was wondering what to do now to ensure my best chance of winning her back.

Hi there! Getting an ex back is a gradual process, so there's no one-action solution for this. Okay? The "no contact" phase is a good start, so do that first if you haven’t yet, for 30 days. If you have, then I'm glad you've completed it. There are two more phases to go with a few other steps in between (in the right order). What I'm trying to say here is it's a 3-phase process, and it's a bit complicated to explain it all on here, but I made an overview in the hopes of making people understand, so watch it here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5l7sLJ7lNPUo6w.html or read my guide for the entire process. Good luck!

Hello Brad, I NEED help especially from you since you are an expert in this. I just have one single question.. So my boyfriend a month ago told me he wanted to stay friends, but I didn't like it so I told him to think about his decision and come back to me after a month to tell me his answer we went in a 30 days NC and his answer was no, he didn't want to go back together and told me to move on. I was a bit upset so I kind of was harsh on him, I know I was wrong.. but I want to try again because I didn't do anything after the NC, I only heard his answer, but would feel wrong to contact him suddenly after he rejected me So my question is, should I do a 30 days NC from the beginning? or does it require less time in this case since we already went through a 30 days NC earlier? Thank you!

Yeah it's probably best to give each other time and space. Employ the 30-day "no contact" rule first. Here's how you can tell it's starting to work: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hmiH3Jh9mbq4o7Q.html Though make sure you follow the tips here as well: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qpuGkpWLk7iendo.html AND some recent tips here: y2u.be/FLeP1eRCkCk Lots of folks seem to be oblivious about it, so here goes: the 30-day "no contact" rule, once COMPLETED, is just the first phase for most people (unless your ex sincerely wanted you back and it's shown in their actions). This would also help guide you on what to do after the "no contact" rule: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dHWcr9Smp5a5ndY.html Anyway there are two more phases to go through if you want an ex back, and the third is to rekindle/rebuild the attraction with an ex. Hey! I'm from India. Me and my girlfriend where in relationship for 2years and recently she Broke up with me (20days back), we had a very Good and emotional Relationship and she said she won't leave me at any circumstances and later she broke up with me saying she doesn't love me anymore and she said she doesn't have feelings for me and refused to be a friend too, Since we are In the same class we made a lot of positive memories together, I have to go through her everyday it is very painfull and difficult for me to move on. I chased her and begged her to take me back again but she ended up screeming at me. after all attempts of pursuating her and begging her, I came across this KZread channel and I have decided to go no contact and she has already blocked me on all social media and I cannot reach her, after all this she contacted one of the mutual friend and asked him whether I have moved on. Eventually she wants me to move on. then, the NC has been broken and again it has started from day 1, I truly love her and I need her she is worth it, I wanted to know whether the NC rule works if we are in same class and will she come back to me when she realises the positive side inside the relationship.? Yesterday I spoke to her in person and she dropped out her tears emotionally. We had a good conversation but then she said me to move on. Please help me out in this situation whether the NC rule Works out for me?

Hello I recently found your videos and I have a situation where it has been over 5 months separated and we recently helped each other move into separate places, in the beginning she said it was a final decision we would never get back together but as time has passed she has said things ended amicably and she wants to stay friends, but also there are other men she calls friends in her Life, we text and have phone calls sparsely but when I reach out to her she answers whenever she wants as when she responds to me I answer in a more timely manner. When asked about a chance of us in the future now her reply went from never gonna happen to I don't know what will happen in the future I have to view you differently before I can say anything. She says things need to form naturally and be organic. So I'm very confused if I should limit contact or what next steps to take or if these steps can apply to my situation. Thank you

Brad, I bought the Ex Factor Program and I saw the clean slate. I am unsure as to one tiny thing: We broke up on october. I started applying No contact 23 days ago, but the last time we talked we had agreed to go get a coffee, I asked to confirm one day before hand and she said she had forgotten and that she probably couldn't (she had cancelled twice before), and my answer was bitterly "Well, if you want to or even care to, let me know". She answered the next day saying "Ok, I don't think I can make it but thanks", and all I answered was "okay". (I bought your program two days later by recommendation of a friend who bought your program and it worked for her) Now I am worried I should have applied the clean slate message in your book. Should I apply it now and restart the no contact period or just hold it out until the end of the 30 days? Thanks!

  • @BradBrowning

    @BradBrowning

    5 жыл бұрын

There's no need to send the clean slate in this case. Your only mistake was reacting bitterly. The safer choice would've been to not react at all and just opt for the "no contact" rule. Do this and don't reach out until you're really sure you're ready to reach out. The solution: give it AT LEAST 4 weeks of the "no contact" rule. Follow the guide down to a tee and read it again until you master it, okay? Good luck!
