Marcus is praying to God and says that Mike had no wife and no kids and at 8:49, there's a bit of foreshadowing and that Marcus is about to find out that not only is Armando Mike's son, but he's also Marcus' nephew, too.

Those 5.7 blue tips would've been fragments in his body. If this were RL, he would've died on the scene.
