As a former Democrat, I have registered here in California for the WE The People Party and will be voting for RFK Jr. in November. He is the last best hope of saving what's left of our broken country.

I agree with almost all his points, however a vote for him will not get him elected. At this point the difference between Joe and Trump is enormous. Shouldn’t be hard to pick a side, even if one is on deaths door and the other has a razor tongue and often insults people to make a point.

I didn't go in thinking I was expecting something just because of his name either. I just started to like him immediately for his words, honesty, respect, knowledge, and will to serve the people. I've been behind him ever since I heard his announcement speech. Sure, it seems reminiscent of the days of his father and uncle. Because his policies and values line right up with them. But a great man could do that with a different last name. He just happens to be a Kennedy. And one I can't wait to vote for! I've followed the campaign very closely, to donating, and now volunteering. Never been so inspired by a candidate.

@@1mremington We had a very low voter turnout in the primaries. Also, polls show majority of Americans, over 70% last I checked, are not happy with the 2 party candidates combined. That is huge. Kennedy doesn't have to reach that many non-registered voters. I don't see how. He beat them both in favorability polls too. Where did you get 53% statistics from? And what over? Who'd they vote for, who did a better job, or just registered party...etc? Independent voter base is larger than ever too.

@@JessJoanne It was a calculation done on the fly, based upon popular votes for Biden & Trump in 2020; and the U.S. Census bureau 2020 statistics: 231.6 Million voting aged citizens and 168.3 Million registered voters. The number of Trump/Biden voters used may have been low. Looking at it again using 155M, suggests they composed 67% of voting aged citizens. It was a large turnout. Oops! Sorry. Having a generally favorable, alternative choice could be the difference in how people vote!

@@1mremington Oh the last election. When I said low turnout, I only meant these primaries. As for 2020, that was big. And it seemed a lot of anti-Trump, not really pro-Biden that drove some. 2020, a lot has changed for sure. I have seen so many say they have never voted or haven't for many years, and finally want to because of Kennedy. I really think he has a chance. A much larger turnout than Perot, which no one expected him to secure 18.9%. And Clinton won, who was much more favored than Trump or Biden. If the 3 debated, and gave each other respect in their turn, and questions were logical and not inflammatory, Kennedy would be by far the best. Gosh, even with bad questions and interruptions, he'd still be the best. Many people would see right through any smearing and lies.

My parents are boomers too. They never voted blue. Red and Libertarian. They love him. My family is all over the political map and we seem to all agree. My grandma would be so happy to see RFK's son running. She loved him.

Libertarians: can we make a deal with the Greens and the other third parties to have RFK represent all of us as “THE” alternate candidate? I don’t like all of his positions, but he’s Trump and Biden are so bad, it seems like having a real alternative would be worth not having our name out there for one year. I think he will win every electoral vote. He is gaining massive support from each side and independents especially. . You figure he's gonna get 90% of the people that voted for Haley in the primaries. I'd say at minimum 60% of independent voters and 10% more from each party. This is all very likely to happen and I would say what I estimated would be on the low side. Considering all this that's him winning every electoral vote easily.

Two of the candidates have already held the job once and yet RFKjr would still be better at it. He just need to be elected.

We need RFK to win! All those who are afraid of him being a spoiler... Vote for him, and let him be the solution!

Bottom line -- I see him as VASTLY better than we have now or even for years. Let's not squander this moment by scrutinizing every point in absolute terms when he'll move the ball down the field like we haven't seen in a long time.

This is one of the first times I've seen a podcast pretty accurately reflect RFK Jr's positions. I would add one thing though. The corporate death penalty statements are a decade old. I believe his positions have likely shifted. I think that the years of censorship against him (and others) impacted his views on a few things.

Wow! An honest assessment JFK Junior. I'm impressed! I'm almost 82. I was 26 when Bobby Kennedy was assassinated . Some Precious part of me died the night Bobby was murdered. But that part of me has been resurrected with Bobby Kennedy Junior's candidacy for POTUS. When I first heard he was running, I had bought into the mainstream media portrayal of him as a conspiracy nut but I felt I owed it to Bobby to at least give his son a listening to. I'm so glad I did! After listening to many interviews I got a feel for his sincerity and Integrity. What's more, when I learned of his practicing a rigorously honest spiritual program, being an old friend of Bill's, well, that just put me over the moon! His emphasis on placing principles before personalities and not impugning the motives of others, but focusing only on policy differences keeps him out of the childish blame-game pettiness which has characterized politics for the last few presidential cycles. For the last 15 years or so I've heard Republicans complain that liberals, like communists, want to redistribute the wealth from the Rich to the Poor. Well, I've been around a while and my experience over the last 50 years or so tells me that through corporate lobbying, payoffs, financing campaigns, etc., Corporate America has more than just captured the Agencies which are supposed to regulate it. It has captured the Whole political system, both Republicans and Democrats to essentially establish a political duopoly which has dismantled the union movement, decimated the middle class and created the homeless class with exorbitant rental rates, interest rates on homes and credit cards, school loans, and stagnated wages over the last 45+ years. And so, the Rich, as plutocrats will, have been Redistributing the wealth from the Poor and Middle-class to the Rich! Bobby knows how to stop this because he's been suing Corporate America and the government agencies that are captured by Corporate America for polluting and injuring people, winning billions of dollars in judgments for the last 40 years. I think Bobby wants us to trade Crony Capitalism for Conscientious Capitalism. I'm for that!

Hopefully Biden will debate Trump and they will let RFKjr on the stage. I would have loved to see Jorgenson on that debate stage in 2020.

Funny. That word reminds me of last election. First time I ever left POTUS blank on my ballot. I felt a change coming for a while now. Kennedy announced and I knew that was it. Can't wait to vote for him.

“Any power that you give to the government will ultimately be abused” and then he comes out in favor of a major abuse of power by the government, that being a so called “assault weapons” ban and universal background checks. When a candidate talks out of both sides of his mouth and contradicts his own position he loses my support completely.

I am all in for RFK Jr, and love his messaging but a bit unsettled talking about Aaron Rodgers and Jesse Ventura for a potential VP pick-there are more talented and like minded people than these two.

He doesn't want it managed by the government. He is for the constitution. He sued our government, Fed agencies and Fauci over colluding with social media to censor us all. His case was consolidated with Missouri and Louisiana. Supreme court will be ruling on those soon. What were you hoping to know? Or why do you think the government should manage these companies?
