I agree there should not be any further episodes of Ambassadors Daughter, that series has run its course, just like there shouldn’t be another series of AS !!!, totally overrated series!!!

@@stefrossi3138 AS is an amazing series and tries to pass an important message. Healing our past and making piece with it in order to move on. Finally a series that actually has something to say and offers a good thinking to its audience. Overrated for you, one of the best Turkish series for others, even outside Turkey and it’s more than 100.000.000 watched hours proves it. Waiting patiently for s2.

@@ele_alfie hello Elektra, you love AS sooo much……you must be a clairvoyant!!, as I said before, the very high number of viewers, does not say much about the quality of the acting in the series, Including Tuba in the series, ensured her millions of fans would watch this series, they have waited anxiously for a year for its release ( and she hasn’t acted in anything in a year!) - AS is NOT her best acting performance to date ! - without Tuba in the cast, this series would have gone un noticed, so much for the messages it conveys. Let’s not forget that Tuba was catapulted to stardom by KPA, and she’s still gaining constantly as more countries screen KPA- I don’t consider her performance on KPA as her best either. Anyway AS has run its coarse, delivered its messages, bla, bla, bla… I can’t imagine there will be a sequel, Tuba can do much better, hasn’t she been offered other roles, pr is she desperate. have nice evening Elektra, looking forward to your reply.

@@stefrossi3138 The reason I like AS is that among other Turkish series it deals with a subject that I haven’t seen before. Not another love story on which the story goes around a couple .. Tuba gained huge recognition after ASI but her performance at “20 minutes” that gave her an Emmy nomination, the first ever from Turkey, is what made her known worldwide. It wasn’t KPA, that was just another successful series of hers, she was well known before and her next project earned an Emmy nomination as the best telenovela. I agree that AS might not have such recognition if Tuba wasn’t the main face of the project, but thankfully she accepted that role. Numbers may not automatically mean that a show is good, but in the case of AS the millions of view shows exactly what a great series AS is. As for Tuba I do like her role as Ada, it’s perhaps the most mature and complete role of her. Personally I doubt I would be watching her on another Turkish series where we would watch slow motion scenes of a couple ect or another love story, like we did at SK showed on national tv that I hardly finished. I do hope you get my point of view. Her best role was at 20 dakika, she played a character that spent 99% of her time in prison, it was something we haven’t seen before from a Turkish actress, that pretty much choose love stories, and she earned an Emmy nomination ! Then she chooses to take part on AS with a storyline that again we haven’t seen before and it became the most watched Turkish project ever on Netflix! Tuba is very smart when it comes to decide on which project she will participate! And she is definitely not desperate as she has reached a point in her 20 years carrier where she can easily turn down a role she doesn’t wants to, as there would be others offers. She won’t accept a role just to be constantly on TV, that’s not her goal. Like she said she wants to portrait characters that excites her and they have a nice story to tell ! Who wouldn’t want a name like her on their project, especially after AS success all over the world ? She is one of the most highly paid actress in her country, if not the most one, for a reason !
