Latino managers hire them, they fire citizens and hire them.

Separate families? Send the whole family back with them. Our military families are separated all the time. And when they can stay together, they ship the whole immediate family elsewhere. And my definition of family is father, mother and children, not brothers, sisters, aunties, uncles, aging parents, first, seconds and third cousins. And then all the in-laws too. Plus we need to throughly vet each person coming and require them to have an individual sponsor (not NGO who is tax payer funded) who guarantees to support them until they obtain a work permit. I’d go so far to require them to learn fluent English within a year too.
