I don't care how good of people they are nor how hard working they are, they are breaking the law. What is not said is that even though they are hard working, chances are that they are still on welfare, food stamps, and as many other taxpayer supported social services while claiming they don't know where the father is! ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL come back LEGALLY and be welcome.

Lewis C. There's many Americans who did this as well. If the father and mother aren't married the mother can apply for many benefits for the children and the father can have a job making a lot of money and they're still getting government benefits.

Actually. Undocumented immigrants can't apply for any government benefits. The way they could potentially get aid is of they have citizen children. And rhe aid would be exclusive to the child or pregnant mother. And rhe I nly reason they get into such position. Is Becsuse the only work they are able to get. They say. send them packing. When these are the people that pick your food, prepare it, build your homes, tend your children, clean you houses, work you factories, tend you're picture perfect gardens. And they're not stealing American jobs. That's not how the economy works. Because the truth is. A citizen will always outcompete an undocumented immigrant. They're just doing the jobs that a lot of Americans are too entitled to take.

First, they can't apply for any subsidiaries. Second, no one want to do the jobs that undocumented do. Third and most important, you can't physically understand how hard is to get a Green Card and I am talking as an Italian I can't imagine what a Mexican can experience. I wouldn't come as an illegal because I live in Europe but put yourself in theit shoes for a moment. You can't win the DV lottery, you have to get a sponsor to the Visa and no one will sponsor you if you are not a high level skilled person. Now calculate that they and their family live in a Mafia controlled state where the killing rate is absurd and the poverty rate is even worse.
They are indeed hard workers, but they also work hard to ignore basic laws, and language.

I’m sure he has thought about it but it is a long process. Citizenship is not given depending on how long you’ve lived in the US. You can only get it after you’ve been a permanent resident for 5 years: through marriage; your child (when he/she turns 21 and can sponsor you even if you are out of status); BUT you have to have come to the US legally; through the dv lottery (if you are in the US, you have to be legal to apply); through work (you have to be legal for your job to sponsor you and it’s only for jobs in demand and your employer should prove that he has not found an American citizen to do the job he is sponsoring you for). These are the parents’ options. they might have looked into it but they do not qualify. It’s not that they don’t want to be citizens. They are just limited.

@@lorestrahan2207they are hurting every American At the start of 2023, the net cost of illegal immigration for the United States - at the federal, state, and local levels - was at least $150.7 billion. FAIR arrived at this number by subtracting the tax revenue paid by illegal aliens - just under $32 billion - from the gross negative economic impact of illegal immigration, $182 billion. In 2017, the estimated net cost of illegal migration was approximately $116 billion. In just 5 years, the cost to Americans has increased by nearly $35 billion. Illegal immigration costs each American taxpayer $1,156 per year ($957 after factoring in taxes paid by illegal aliens). Each illegal alien or U.S.-born child of illegal aliens costs the U.S. $8,776 annually. Evidence shows that tax payments by illegal aliens cover only around a sixth of the costs they create at all levels in this country. A large percentage of illegal aliens who work in the underground economy frequently avoid paying any income tax at all. Many illegal aliens actually receive a net cash profit through refundable tax credit programs.

Laws also prohibited alcohol consumption and for women to vote, but I don't see those laws having a place in the U.S. anymore... in other countries right now, laws allow presidents to stay in power indefinitely, or gays to be incarcerated... Laws and policies in a democracy are suppose to give order to a society based on its reality, aiming to maximise social benefit. A law that is tearing American families and communities apart by deporting people that have been living and working in U.S. soil for over 20 years is a law that needs to be revised... "They shouldn't have come in the first place" some will say, well... they did, that is the reality, and they have been part of U.S. society for decades now. I wouldn't say you are wrong but I think your missed my point. The comparison I was making was more about how laws change and evolve and less about how these laws relate to immigration laws. That being said, saying that the laws were wrong because they limited personal freedoms is a restrictive way of framing it... Going back to one of my points, I would say that prohibition and suffrage laws were eventually considered to be wrong because they didn't reflect the reality of the situation at the time and were not maximising social benefit for American citizens... The question we need to ask is if it makes sense to deport millions of people that are integrated into American society, families and economy. Is doing this really helping American citizens?. I am keeping this quite short because I don't want to write an essay here, but I am not even mentioning a lot of considerations or intended and unintended consequences of treating the issue in such "black and white" manner. It is all about cost/benefit and trying to achieve win-win situations.

NO (FEDERAL) LAWS HAVE CHANGED regarding entrance into and the ability to work in the United States. The idea that because people have lived here for years they have: 1) integrated - is FALSE; did you notice both parents spoke in Spanish? Did you notice both parents think THEY have a right to change the law because they are not one of the OTHER types of criminals? Did you notice their goal is not for their children to BE American but to HAVE the American dream! If they had truly integrated they would have returned to their countries and entered legally out of respect; 2) benefited the U.S. - is FALSE; just because they work multiple jobs doesn't make them special; there are MANY Americans who do the same and actually have less opportunity now because of all the jobs earmarked for Hispanics through the "bilingual" requirement alone. Further, behaving in a divisive manner doesn't benefit ANY society; 3) economic pillars - is FALSE; they are not economic pillars to the U.S. but to the countries they come from and can send remittance to. If Trump will return his focus to jobs creation and heavier deportation of illegals, we'll quickly see whether the U.S. can survive without the likes of Jorge and Imelda!
They wouldn’t be unafraid if the laws were enforced.

Cartels, Human Traffickers, Corrupt Government Officials and Under-Developed Countries Enters the Chat...
How can you get a good education (at taxpaye expense). What else ha e you stolen in the last 17 years
Well. They shouldn’t be in the country to begin with. They broke the law by entering the country illegally and is demanding rights/respect.
Why do Mexican natives feel so "entitled" to citizenship?
Get out.
Youre not entitled to shit
and why is this our problem?????
You broke the law. Your children will follow your example. You are here illegally. Who's social security are they working under? How did he get a driver's license, without being detected.
It's your fault you shouldn't bring your kids without coming here they go. What makes you think you have a right to be here
Get back in line like everyone else did
YOUVE reach for that 17 years and NOT UPDATING your status to citizenship.?
They should refuse to live in fear........back in Mexico.
They have no rights
It is people like you that laughs at our laws talking about you are not afraid Ice needs to show up at your door
Cheaters, liars, lawbreakers, they're a perfect reflection of the place they come from, where laws are not enforced and most citizens ignore them completely. They don't deserve respect, they will be worthy of respect when they show regard for laws and admit their lawbreaking, cheating, lying ways.
My Latino people he said. His home and vehicle are nicer than my own because as being illegal he does not have to pay taxes but gets to drive on the road that American taxpayers paid for.I do not feel bad Twenty two Veterans commit suicide every day does it seem right that no one helps them.
Good luck, but remember you are not more in Mexico.
What is with the dramatic sad music to try and make us have sympathy for these criminals? It didn't work. I hate them. Go back.
They feel so ENTITLED!!

If I rob a bank and I bring my kids with me because I cant afford a babysitter then I should be able to keep the money and not be punished. Because I was poor and seeking financial asylum.

17 years and it's never occurred to you to work towards becoming legal and learning English ....probably good hard working people . When Americans break the law we go to jail ! We are separated from our loved ones also . Why does these people think they are privileged when it comes to breaking the law ??
I can't believe how right they think they are they should not have rights If I were in their country illegally what do they think would happen to me where would my rights be
i don't get it he says he's not afraid an u know the law OK why did u not take care to make sure no would throw u out of the us I don't get it
If you believe that documents provided by a government, language, race, or geography makes someone an american and gives you as a human being GOD GIVEN RIGHTS which are INALIENABLE you are gravely mistaken.
Everyone should be respected I'm going to use a example, I don't support LGBT BUT I don't disrespect them, they can be whoever they want, as long as they show respect to me, I'll be respectful too
He acts tough but bet he craps his pants when ICE comes knocking. Lol
There are no borders in heaven
Yes and they are telling their kids to remain silent If stoped that it is their right. You are illegal you have no rights. Why can't they get that. Come in legally. You have brought this on yourself. 17 yrs? come on you weren't trying very hard. Don't have kids until you are legal.I had neighbors who had kids so they could become citizens. The husband kept geting deported but managed to come back several times . so do it right the 1st time.
i dont respect law breakers
They will be gone soon enough. Thank god for Trump
Si no te gusta nuestro presidents no debes estar aqui largate por donde veniste
