you dont need balance if you got many suspendium cannons because you kill everything before it can do anything to you and the bos melts in 10 seconds
37:54 it’s actually 20% less stun chance which is indicated by the minus symbol, really good upgrade

Honestly i never really go for the chance upgrades because it is still only a chance. Reliability is important

@@somedudewhoexists like I've considered that every time and thought, nah. That's 100$ more i could be saving for a gun upgrade, or something to that regard. Feels like a lot of stuff costs a ton even when you upgrade scrap value religiously. Especially when the meta is just full auto suspendium cannons

I beat the Demo with the Battleship the other day actually. I just TANKED UP and honestly I think I might have gone OVERKILL on the Tankyness. Tried to remember my build: I had a Repair Bay, Guard Barracks and a Fire point for my modules, Anything that made the ship more tanky I bought (IE More HP, Faster Fire Fighting and faster Repairs), Also took a Doctrine that gave you Buffs when you where Stationary, which when upgraded gave you plus 2 armor. Combine that with the TWO Abalster armor (take damage, gain 2 armor) plus the STEEL ARMOR upgarde and i think I had like 6 armor or more. Weapons wise I had 2 Deck guns upgraded for MORE RANGE (they are one of the best weapons in the game), and I had a HEAVY CANNON and a IMPERIAL CANNON upgraded for Explosive shells. Fun fact, the Imperial cannon has so much recoil is Pushes your ship around.
Oh, you got the KRAKEN boss, I got the.... I don't know the King of those Red creature things or whatever it is.
I wish we could increase the size of our vessel. What I hate most in these types of games is the inability to get as big and cool looking as the bosses you fight.
It seems the grape shot cannon and upgrades don't do enough damage to overcome enemy armor in the later levels
