If they don't like you the way you are, they can go elsewhere. Always be true to yourself and those who appreciate you for you will keep returning for you. Otherwise there's hundreds of bushcrafting channels with the same exact gear. How boring would it be to see all channels, done the same way, with the same gear... Have a great day!

I personally like it when you "ramble on" in the beginning of your vids because it's you being yourself. Thanks for showing me what you carry in your bag. After having my old 75Ltr Eurohike rucksack falling apart after years of service I purchased the karrimor predator 45 also the 2 rocket pouches for the sides and I also purchased the 2 omni pouches that fix to the molly's on the front of the rucksack and seriously I am well impressed with the bag for my future expeditions and all I need now is the yolk as it will be a good addition for the rocket pouches and thanks for your great broadcast information and keep up with your fabulous updates 😉👍

That is a very well thought out kit, clearly born out years of experience. Thank you. When you are not drunk you actually talk a lot of sense. My own kit is startlingly similar - different brands but mostly the same gear choices. Regarding torches and illumination, I have evolved to entirely solar rechargeable / and or hand cranked dynamo lighting ( redundancy ) so I never need buy batteries again, nor worry about running out of power on multi-day expeditions. I can recommend Suaoki solar mobile charger - less than £10 online, jacket pocket size, 190 grams, 25 lumens lamp plenty bright enough for camp chores, lasts for 10 hours on low power, is somewhat weather resistant, solar charge in the field or by USB, can give a recharge to your phone. I have used mine for 3 years now, its well tried, tested, still going strong.

Auntie Hazel is very professional. Great vids. I probably wouldn’t take THAT many cutting devices out on a zombie apocalypse weekend. Not worth the weight. Love you too Hazey.

love it. smart guy; cotton blanket-Not polyester or something that will be uncomfy- coconut oil-very healthy and many uses, mouth care, burns etc- humm, minimalising kit: no sleeping bag, hammock or tent. gr8 man i love it.

Get on Aliexpress and buy yourself a Titanium version of the bush box, they're cheap as chips. I'd def switch out the bivvy for a hammock, everytime I've slept in a bivvy I've woken in the night with slugs on it...if you sup on the ale, you wanna be off the ground, they smell Northern Monk on your breath from 100m. You'll wake with one sliding its way down your throat.
