Haunted Honeymoon is easily my preference over YF, which I love tbc. In part: it takes its plot seriously which I love in a comedy, and it's *genuinely* frightening at times. Nightmare fuel for kids! And it's *very* _weird_ which is a huge plus in my book. HH is heavily inspired by Beauty and the Beast (1946) and The Old Dark House (1932), both movies worth looking into.
