WILD Nature In Tayrona National Park, Colombia
After a refreshing stay in Viajero Hostel Tayrona, we spent a great 2 days hiking & exploring Colombia's Tayrona National Park or Parque Nacional Natural Tayrona. The highlight of our time there was definitely swimming, camping & relaxing at Cabo San Juan camping.
In case you're wondering where to stay in Tayrona National Park, renting a tent in Cabo San Juan is in our opinion the best option if you're looking for a cool vibe, great views and one of the few swimmable stretches of Tayrona beach in the entire park.

Hi James! Thanks for your comment ❤️ Colombia really surprised us too. It's really, really beautiful and the people are still getting used to tourism. We'd have locals come up to us and start a conversation to practice their English and/or just welcome us. Put it on the bucket list, I'm sure you'll love it!

Thanks Ivan 🙏🏻 we were supposed to travel Colombia for 3 more weeks and then go to Brazil for another 5. In Colombia we were going to go back to Medellin, because we loved it there, then head to the Zona Cafetera for a bit to caffeinate ourselves crazy 😂 and then to Bogota. But that will be for next time!
