Such a fascinating series, especially for someone in the midst of endless American suburban sprawl where wildlife is very rare.
Why did they release the leopard in that barren, treeless, rocky terrain? That isn't a leopard domain.

I asked myself the same question. However, that area seems to have patches of green in the culverts. These two are SO conscientious that I'd imagine they considered all things necessary to give the leopard the best chances.
Wouldn't it be just as easy and cost-effective for the farmers to raise goats or cattle and feed these big cats well away from their own livestock.
