At some point in time The Lady who makes these videos ( Bless Her Heart) She will see and hear parrots talking like ducks when She goes to greet them!!!LOL If you ever see ducks nesting its a bit different . Both parents actually lay down across the eggs.

I've come to know this backyard like it was my own -- I could walk through it blindfold and still make my way back to the house (provided I don't fall into the pool😆).

Ducks are at their best when they are flying. I love to see a pair curving in through the trees , in formation even though it is only a pair , to settle on a body of water

Especially the magpies. The magpies in Australia look similar to magpies in other parts of the world, but they sound totally different.

@@uzul42 That's because they are completely different species. Eurasian magpies are corvids (members of the crow family), whereas Australian magpies are passeries (songbirds). I suspect that early European settlers to Australia called them magpies just because they happened to look similar to the Eurasian magpie and the name stuck.

have you tried... being taller? - lifts in your shoes? - the hands of manikins but on poles for the taller branches? (I do acknowledge that we're beginning to get into Monty Python territory here). And (ever helpful, me!), have you considered a multi-pocketed apron with different (dry) goodies in each? Minimal prep' time and *voila* ! 😊
