Some people have all the luck. We took a friend from the Vrystaat for her first ever visit to the Kruger National Park and within 2 minutes she had the privilege of seeing one of Kruger's rarest species on a kill shortly after entering Malelane Gate. Two kilometers further a singe lioness and a hyaena in the same spot and 15 kilometers further a pride of lions with the big mane walking past our vehicle so close one could almost touch him.
