Incredible how these officers deal with this in a civilized manner, no traumatic or unethical violation. They keep there integrity under very threatening situations even when finally cuffing the baddies. No screaming etc or hitting or throwing and off to jail. That is self discipline. Incredible

Yeah they can, in case you decide to steal someone else's vehicle in the future and see a helicopter following you, aim for the downtown area right away. Helicopters aren't allowed too close to high rise buildings plus with all the people walking you can go from 5 wanted stars back to ZERO :)

The people in this neighborhood are smart, they left immediately and went inside their houses when they found out what was going on. If this would've happened in my neighborhood they would've pulled out lawn chairs and popcorn and watch the whole thing unfold from their front yards.

Looks like the first guy was escaping them by jumping out of a moving car and the other guy got out to chase him but got back in when he heard police closing in.

Quick edit: i dont live in the us, i live in el salvador which is a very poor and dangerous country, its been gettin calmer recently but im sorta used to seeing crimes being done, plus i dont live in the us so myabe im jus used to seeing 0 jobs, also excuse any grammar issues, English isnt my first language. Considering where they live, they could be facing financial struggle leading to needing to do the crime, it sucks but ssome people dont have a way out Geez im getting smoked lol, what im trying to say, what if the job doesnt pay enough? What if a close relative just got a huge medical bill? What if its a family of 5? Not everyone can make enough money from a job, what they did was wrong, but they had to have at least one reason and if they where lazy they wouldnt even try stealing the car lol, iknow some where saying "18 dollars an hour" what if thats not enough? @@hollow_9476 Depends on the chopper and the car. Some Helicopters have a top speed of only 120. If you have a Dodge Hellcat, you can possibly get away in a straightaway.

What is it with LA and high speed pursuits? There may be an occasional high speed pursuit in other parts of the US, but not nearly as many as in crazy SoCal.
