This kid is a SOLID pool player, of course Jayson is a stud but I really like Zielinski’s game
Great commentary with hints of humour.......nicely done
Love to hear Jason's son wish him well.
great game.
Great match and excellent commentary.
Anyone know the answer to when Shaw knocked it off the table but knocked in the 8 ball? Could Zelinsky rebreak if he wanted to?
Who are the guys commentating
Shaw -- the man
Its annoying when the commentator cant stop talking trying to explain every possible runout.
At 28:59 one of the commentators said a novice player would use the 2 ball to break the 5 out.. Shaw proceeded to do just that lol

Sorry, correction 28:57
WPA rules state the back 2 corner balls in the rack be different, solids or stripes. The first rack was racked incorrect. Would have thought Jason would have caught that.
Commentators have such huberus here it’s crazy… They feel like they would do better than the guys playing. But you know, there’s a reason that they’re playing and that these dudes are commentating
I like first ball break. better cue ball control. I played a lot on 7' tables and I fell because there is more space on a 9 ' and easier to run out
I sure hope Shaw wins it all cuz hes waaayyy overdue and deserves it 👏
Jay❤
Can you guys please turn the volume up on these videos a bit? Whenever an ad plays its soooo loud in contrast and it's annoying
Please switch the angle on the break, that overhead angle is not interesting or natural at all.
Ball goes behind the headstring if scratch on break?

Yep, cue ball behind the head string and has to be shot down table

Maybe a rule in this tournament
I agree... For me, second ball break is absolute to start with, especially in tournaments. If you get the speed and tip placement just right, you can get them to have a spread much better than head ball break. You can dial the speed down a bit if you want clusters.
I rewatched this match mainly because of the commentary. Or re-listen to be exact.
Grrr you made me panic about my headphones at the start.
WOW NICE FINAL 4 PICKS... NOT ONE DID YOU GET RIGHT... LOL
How many feet is the pool table?

9ft
Hi Angela, found you.
Is it "call shot?" It looks like it's been call pocket.
Was that a legal rack? Shouldn't the back corner balls be a solid and a stripe?
That rack looked crooked from the top view
This Jayson guy is pretty good. He should think about playing pool for a living.

When dude missed that bank shot .....
did anyone miss one ball at all?
@mattodriscoll6153

Shaw had a miss and his opponent missed an 8 ball off a kick shot to give ball in hand
Laglag si silenski. Pag si Biado kalaban nya laging gigil manalo ha ha. Parang champion na rin sya.
I don't understand the ruling at 40:40. Zielinski made a ball?

Yeah…the cue ball
Go Zelenskyy Slava Ukraine Yes U kain .
costly error for zielinski..
for final and semi-final contests I think the contestants should lag for every break.
8-ball was never meant to be played on a 9'. it needs to be on a 7' like god intended.
@MikeyD22

I doubt if God intended for any discipline to be played on a f'n 7 footer with the exception of elementary school kids learning the game and redneck cowboys who pretend to know the game.

@@MikeyD22 Ahhh, I'm sure snooker players say even worse about 9 ball on the 9'.
