A little about me and this channel:
My name is James Aubrey IV and I just recently graduated college from Iowa State University. After college I decided to take a leap of faith. So I moved to San Diego California to pursue my passion for videography/ KZread. Overall I'm a pretty chill person, outside of KZread I like to longboard, dance, play video games, lift weights and hangout with my friends. I know that success on KZread won't happen overnight but I'm willing to stay patient and put in the work to try to prefect my craft daily. This KZread channel will be centered around my life after college. You will be able to see all of the ups and downs on my journey to success. So if you like the content make sure you subscribe so you can be apart of the Rome Life Family. (Let's build our own personal Rome's together.)
What is the Rome Life ? And What does it mean to be apart of it?
Rome Life is something I started during my Sophomore year of high school (one of the worst times in my life) it started off as me documenting my journey to recovery from my shoulder surgery but eventually it turned into a platform that I could use to encourage myself as well as others to chase our dreams.
Rome Life isn't just a saying it's a way of life and for the people who want to be apart of it have to realize that. Rome wasn't built in a day it took a lot of handwork time and most importantly patience. So you can't expect your dreams to be any different
This is a reaction video used to educated and give my feedback on the song and artist

@@GranpaMike love it. Tommy Duncan and the rest of the Texas Playboys yes. Bob Wills was from Oklahoma thus making him ineligible for the throne. But it’s a “sliding scale” Monarchy and the Kingdom divided up amongst SRV, TVZ and Waylon & Willie with Billy Joe holding a newly created lesser position of power in an advisory role. The real question however, is will anybody else be worthy after Willie’s gone?

@@thetextpistols7354 A fabulous response... I applaud your reasoning. Will anyone be worthy of the kingdom post-Willie? Nay, burn the vacant throne and cast the crown to the barbarians -- let them fight for the scraps as we raise our cups and remember the legends of old! And as the maiden fills our cup, kneel before the Wurlitzer where we can still trade quarters for gold. Long live the kings!

@@GranpaMike well done Sir Michael Jennings. Well done indeed. Shedding my method writer not actor persona, three things immediately come to mind. 1) it's blatantly obvious to the rest of planet that we probably maybe need our own show. 2) we must do whatever it takes to keep Willie alive. Even if it turns out to be nothing more than a Weekend at Bernie's existence. 3) in lieu of burning the vacant throne. I think it rightfully belongs to Billy Joe Shaver. He’s the son and heir, of a shyness that is criminally vulgar. And son and heir, of........nothing in particular. - The Smiths

He was a bit of a perfectionist when playing. If he wasn't getting the exact sound, he'd adjust in real time. David Gilmour of Pink Floyd is another one. Many times he'd wander over to Roger Waters and re-tune his bass mid song.

I know, it doesn't have anything to do with this awesome vid or review, but.......to my bro Rome...... OK, so you often talk about how we should keep going, no matter what. I've been in a bad motorcycle accident 5 years ago, and watching your vids have been helpful for me because I see a new generation discover the music I grew up with (yeah, I'm old!). Listening to you talk about how we should keep trying to work for better has pushed me to start walking again and I hope to one day be able to play guitar like I used to so I can play my wife's and my song again (Been married 31 years and counting now!). You often say that Rome wasn't built in a day, and that's true. My marriage to my beautiful wife wasn't either. It's been worth every step of the way though! I have a whole list of songs I'd love to see your reaction to, but the most important one is our song, "Ready For Love", by Bad Company. Would you favor an old biker and give it a listen? I never saw him live. However, I was listening to him when he cleaned his act up, quit the drugs, and then was killed in the crash.

Once again, thank you for helping to #KeepTheBluesAlive. #RIPSRV #RIPJimiHendrix Two of the GOATs for Guitar that deserve every 🌹possible. Seeing is believing for Stevie Ray Vaughan, and one of the sauciest performances involves a tuxedo and the song "Texas Flood." Certainly give that a listen. If you're a huge fan of this song, you could see if you like Jimi Hendrix's version better, or Stevie's tribute. For more SRV "Crossfire" and "Say What" are always some fun tracks.

Hi Lianne...I was going to suggest your hubby look up the best guitar players in the world and then find the songs we listeners loved the most. Got some good ones out there. Hendrix and Prince and Stevie Ray Vaughan, etc. Lots of new stuff to enjoy for the first time. :)

You really haven't gotten the full S R V experience until you do "Riviera Paradise". It rounds him out. And it would be perfect for you and your wife. Try the Live in Austin, Tx. video. You won't regret it, and as usual with Stevie, you'll be amazed.
