i've been on a keto diet for 5 months. no fruits, no nuts, no dairy, no bread, wheat, grains, etc. I can only have low carb low sugar vegetables and fresh meat for every meal. that means only veggies like broccoli and cabbage. It's very tiring. I lost over 40lbs which is awesome, but I'm about done. It's just too much. I miss proper foods. I'm counting down the days lol. I have 2 more months on it, but after this month I think I'm going to quit early, and just lose weight the normal way.

And she thinks that the way he's treating her is absolutely normal, until this good person came along and she finally opened up to the police about it. Some countries don't even stand up for their women. And you can barely find anybody to help you. So we really need more people with a good heart.

Correct nobody can force a diet but encouragement of having healthy food choices to balance it will work and always best to see a dietician for advice. If she wants to have pizza every once in a while why not? As long as she also maintains a healthy balance of still having vitamins, minerals and protein. Cucumbers and water aint gonna cut it - the effects would be harmful

That pizza guy is a savior for that poor girl.

For diet you can give advice or consult a dietician, but never ever be controlling to anyone not even a woman or your wife. Women have to properly eat and have vitamins, minerals and protein in their diet or there will be unexpected health consequences. If she wants pizza why not? Don’t deprive her but also encourage too. Either way a great story that opens to people’s eyes.

Max is always so funny in all of these videos, so controlling and always exercising. Angelina Guguszczyna again plays the sympathetic character that is being victimized. And Dustin the chauffeur is no delivering pizza, always aiding damsels in distress. This video was entertaining from the opening scene to the ending. I knew Harvey wasn't a real friend! LOL. What that evil husband did was highly illegal and torturous. And 100lbs is definitely NOT fat. She'd have to be 3ft to be heavy at 100lbs. Also, if he wanted someone anorexic, he should have looked for that. I bet he wasn't denying his own eating (and other) pleasures. It's all about control with these monsters. Second time I saw him play the role of a pizza delivery driver, and out of all the male cast he is the best one.

Why didn't she just wait till he left for work to order the pizza lol

My ex boyfriend was like this. Whenever I’d go eat dinner with him (he made me come EVERY DAY, unless I was at my moms. Even then he told me to only see them once a month.) He insisted we share everything. Would never let me get my own plate. It got to the point where he ate most of the food. Saying he needed it more than I did because I could gain weight but he couldn’t. In the last few months before I finally had enough of his crap, I was forced to get fruit. That was the only thing I could have to myself.
