I hate cheaters because I'm well affiliated with the heartaches and wouldn't wish upon anyone. I almost ended my life but my faith in Jesus Christ stopped me. FUCK Luna good for her Oops It's fiction But this kind of thing happens everyday and people die.

Same story on a different channel about week ago. I'll respond here as I did there. 1. A Criminal Defense Lawyer would NOT involve himself in a crime and risk losing his license to practice law. 2.The 'wife' already had a boyfriend and was cheating when she announced "I'm taking a week's leave from our marriage." So it was a planned thing. In short this story was the product of someone's not very sophisticated imagination!

Agreed. 3. A criminal defense lawyer is not going to give up his career for this. We are talking about giving up millions in potential earnings because he can't work. 4. A criminal defense lawyer isn't going to sleep with or run off with an ex-con. He could find better. 5. A criminal defense lawyer isn't going to go on the run just to "mess" with his wife. 6. I can't imagine the savings and checking accounts hold much money to both with this insane plan. Certainly not what they have in equity in the house. 7. There is zero reason so file for bankruptcy. You simply go to the bank, tell them your husband left and you can't make payments on the house. They'll happily let you list it, issue a foreclosure notice to him in the paper, and take the house back -- giving you your equity back. 8. A criminal defense lawyer certainly knows other lawyers and can easily find a family law lawyer, and simply file for divorce. Even in an no-fault state, he's still walk away with half. Chances are he could make it absolutely brutal for her -- exposure, delay, force a sale on the house, etc. 9. No way she works, has a divorce lawyer as a husband, married years, has a house, and ends up bankrupt. No defense lawyer is going to do this. It's stupid fiction.

And since they're married and it's the husband who is suspect, they won't do anything. I've read accounts where the wife runs off with all the money and the husband is told he has to go to court and sue for half in divorce. The police don't consider it theft when they're married and especially when the husband can prove the exact amount that was in the new account is what was in their joint account.

No one writes a letter like that. You ghost.

His letter is an admission of guilt. WW should go to the Police/FBI get them to find him then sue the A55 off him......despite her being a CHEATER that is!

I am assuming that he thinks his new identity will never be discovered. This story is plain stupid, the wife is delusional. However she committed fraud first moving money from their joint account to hers. Maybe it's legal, but not ethical.
