Forty years ago, when I caught my ex, I always fantasized about drugging her and him, screwing plywood over the doors and windows, waiting until they woke up and burning the house down. The problem was I liked her mother and it was her house. The other problem was in west central Florida, the houses are so close together, you burn down one house, you burn down the other eight around it. I got my two boys in the divorce. That was enough.

Read again. The pictures weren't allowed for the jury to see but the judge did see them.

The hubby didn't play it smart. When she said, she will say her AP fell and did it to himself, he should have accepted it, and then a couple of weeks later, get rid of her cheating butt. He would have kept his house and she would lose everything.

Bull shit ending. The superior (criminal) courts have zero authority over any owned property including real estate. Plus in the divorce (which isn’t mentioned) the money taken from the joint account would be ordered returned. Then all assets would be split 50/50 regardless of his criminal complaint. Plus on first offense he would be released on his own, given he has children and a job. At most maybe an ankle bracelet. So I call bullshit on the entire story.

Even though I know this is just a story, I am really angry with this dumb guy. Losing the house and bank money to his cheater wife. Bet his ex-lover moved into the house. He is not using his brain to think. If for me, I will do it differently.
