George and Jimmy are imposters. Jimmy’s solos suck, McConnell was fuckin terrible. That’s why they brought in Randall Bramlett to play saxophone over the guitar solos.

@@ChrisHelms-xm4fm I don’t go anymore man. I went and saw McConnell, lol. They had to bring in Randall Bramlett to play sax over the guitar solos. I have seen them a few times with Herring. He sucks too. It was Mike’s band. He put it together, he wrote all the original songs, and it was his sound. The energy is gone. I’m just glad people recorded and post these shows. If I feel like listening to Panic, it’s going to be between 97-02.

@OkieDeadhead - thanks for uploading, such an authentic show, we need more of this time period. Sadley not very satisfied with Jimmy Herring, not enough diversity from him, so I always leave shows lacking. Not with Mickey!

I have long contended this is the best full show on the internet. Video is exceptional for a crowd shot in 2001. Sound is fantastic. Great guests. JB is very animated and loud.

@@edgarblack7818 I've been to 200+ shows and just saw them new years for the first time since spring of 2016. Stole my face right off my head ⚡ They were really, really tight. The amazing acoustics of the Fox combined with all the Good People, the childlike anticipation from my hiatus, the 🍄and Paul Hoffman's magic - needless to say the "itch" was scratched. Go see them stat, they are on fire!

Athens Ga in 89,and many shows in between,and this show is on my top 5 ever...It was clear to me,after 30 seconds of the opener,everyone had better be strapping in for a blister popping ride...JB and tha boys were throwing haymakers on this ride..Best GOW,so good in fact,I think Waits,should be the one asking permission to sing it..Thanks again,man..well done,as usual....stellar quality.
