@@themandiyrin so far so good.. 2nd week of September we went to US and it was really nice driving and riding a truck.. And still a virgin, ahahaha no mods still only the dash . My wife also uses it for her pick up work outside the City. Her only complaint is not having fog lights for the base lights of the road..

@@themandiyrin you're going to enjoy driving it for sure . Just a heads-up, don't be too hard on the gas pedal when you're going to your trip soon . Hahaha Gas is too expensive in Canada .. Yep bro, we have priority stuff going on in the Philippines so the finances are really tight..

My truck didn’t come with turn signals on the mirrors so I’m assuming the turn signal function won’t work..correct?

Hi Carlos thanks for watching my video. To answer your question, since your truck didn't come with the turn signals it wouldn't be an easy wire tap as I showed in the video. It's not impossible but you would need to run new wires and have it connected to the front turn signals.

theManDIYrin Just got my mirrors in today! I'm excited to install them, but it will have to wait until this winter storm releases it's grip. I was bummed out however with 3 things about my purchase. 1) They didn't let me use your purchase code. I suppose it had expired. Since it was my first purchase, and I registered, I still got the 10% off. 2) I didn't receive any stickers. I'm thinking the order was drop shipped from the manufacturer (but still). I have a spot in my bed where I am placing my mods stickers as I install them. 3) no instructions for the install in the least. I have the "Blind Spot Sensors" so mine had to be all 3 choices or "Top of the line item". That being said Thank you for doing this video so I was aware that I had this option as a mod for my truck.

Hi! Excited to hear you got your mirrors! Yes I agree about winter struggle I'm also waiting to shoot a couple more tutorials but snow doesn't stop! In regards to your concern, first apologies the code did not work. I just reached out to TacoClout and they mentioned it may have something to do with the integration of their new website. They're working on updating it. Not sure why there was no stickers but those guys at TacoClout are awesome, I'm sure if you reach out they would send one! For the blind spot sensors, I don't have that on mine but from what I understand you just plug it in on the mirror from the old mirror so hopefully it's not too complicated. @@themandiyrin Thank you for the reply, and added information on their website issue. I may contact them for a sticker, or add it as a purchase on any future order. I agree the BSM should just be a plug and play step. I'm just one of those people that like to look at instructions as I go. I do know as well that "Mumfy" has a full install video right there. Next up is I'm mounting "Raptor" style DRL's in my OEM SR5 grill. Somebody stop me LOL.

@@themandiyrin Just finished my mirror install and again, your video was very helpful. You really have a talent to explain, and show a person how to DIY. I did reach out to Taco Clout and they are sending me stickers. It turns out they had ran out. My install went flawless, and the BSM wire was in fact a plug and play easy clip in. Really like these mirrors, soo worth the price. Thanx again.

I decided to try this and had trouble disconnecting the heater prongs any advice? I just left it alone and I’ll try another time 💀

Hey thanks for watching my video. No, if your truck doesn't have blind spot monitoring originally, this mod won't give you that unfortunately.

If you don't mind me asking what lift and tire set up are you running? That part of the mods is intimidating to me but I wanna fit a Stealth Custom f5 on mine eventually

@@themandiyrin yeah man i got the superwhite. I went with bilsteins 6112/5160 with headstrongs aal and their half inch shim. I have like a 2" lift all around. Headstrong aal doesnt require you to cut the brackets on the leaf springs. I have scs ray10s 17x8.5 -10 in matte gunmetal with 265/70 tires. I might get bigger tires down the road but youll need to remove your front mud guards because it will rub on full lock but other then that i love my setup. One mod lead to another mod and it didnt stop. Haha
