Here's another 'tool' to use to help you "clear" Visualize that you are on a walkway on the side of a cliff...with a strong metal handrail so you are totally safe. You are carrying a well-built backpack on your shoulders, but it is full of rocks: some large/some small. some jagged/some smooth. They represent all of the self-judgements, blames, guilts, self-punishments, you have laid upon yourself or have allowed to be laid upon you by others over your Life that you have now chosen to release. How? By taking the backpack off your shoulders, unzipping it and simply emptying it over the railing letting all the rocks fall down the cliff, away from you!. Then open the pack as wide as you can and let the Sunlight fill it as it hits the cliff walls. Let that Light totally fill the empty pack, zip it back up and feel how light the pack feels! let your Heart touch this 'lightness' too! Now, when you come back, visualize filling the pack with all of the Forgiveness, Love, Empowerment, etc yu can "cram" into it:) And let THOSE seep ainto ayour Being.....Blessed Be!

You know I do that too. I have one set of sounds coming from one device in one room, and others sounds coming from a secondary device in the living room. It creates quite a lovely atmosphere in the whole home. It also combats loneliness. Like you can have kitchen witch sounds going on in the kitchen, and just stack the sounds and it's like your whole house is full of people.
