I’m a Christian but I feel like something is missing. I have been interested in Wicca but I don’t want to lose my Christian. I want to be both a Christian and a Wiccan.

I think a lot of people feel that same way! I do think it might be a good idea to look up Wicca vs Witchcraft (I made a video with this title a while ago) and people often find it easier to mix Christianity with Witchcraft as Witchcraft is a practice and doesn’t by itself have any Gods so it won’t interrupt your faith in God and Jesus etc. Whereas Wicca does traditionally have a God and Goddess which some find hard to mix with a single God

Definitely. Christians tend to forget (some of them love to forget) that their religion is STEEPED in occultism. And any Catholics who don't realize that there are occult underpinnings of Catholicism are just plain blind. But hey, living in ignorance is healthy for some people. Just drink of the blood and eat of the flesh and don't ask any questions.

However, I do request that Christians refrain from trying to invalidate, belittle, harass, intimidate, gaslight, demonize or bear false witness against me. The last request I have of bearing false witness, is 9th of the 10 commandments in the Christian bible I would like to note.

I think people should be true to themselves. If you want to be wiccan and christian at the same time because you’ve been christian your whole life before knowing about wicca and being attracted to it, but you don’t want to completely commit to that, what’s the point of it? Religion is about finding your way, most of the times this mean accepting challenges and shaking your world.

But I honestly dont exactly follow the mainline workings ex:(certain days to cast, moon phases, except herbs, I use those correctly such as when I make sachets) but note this doesn't work for everyone. But it does me. I know when I try to follow the "rules" of magick, something always bad happens. So this works better for me

There's no such thing as a Christian-Wiccan. The Bible literally teaches to stay away from such activities, yet you idiots continue to dabble in it.

I was raised as a Christian and I believe in God. But I also believed that he gave freewill. As long as I don't hurt anyone and I am practicing to make me a better person or version of myself..I don't think it's wrong to be both. I think humans are the one who put the belief that "we should only believe and worship one God one religion".

You aren't a Christian if you truly think that way.

This is absolutely spot on with my beliefs and I think most of the pagan world. We are not here to impose or force people to feel or believe a certain way. It would be immensely difficult to go through the psychological sensations and emotions with this particular struggle (I speak from experience). Ultimately, as you said, each person will need to find a way to come to terms with their beliefs. If it is safe to practice what they believe, great. If they are finding that they are lost or just can't decide; try going to more pagan events. You only have this moment and you should make it count and make it something that is filled with joy.

Tbh every religion was some type of “magic” in it we just use different wordings . They smudged in the Bible , they used oils and herbs in the Bible , the caught the Holy Spirit in the Bible , they used crystals in the Bible , they referenced the moon in the Bible , they used sayings like “ speak things into existence and it is so “ in the Bible , the Bible even states that we are Gods is psalm . The Bible clearly tells you how you’re a mystical creature that’s capable of creation . So CREATE !

Literally, speaking things into existence is basically spell casting

I've always had a strange view on religion and spirituality. I've mingled in many religious paths, but this viewpoint has always stayed pretty much the same. GOD as in the Christian god is the omniscient being and creator of all things. Since GOD is the creator of ALL things in the universe...what's to say that GOD didn't create many gods and goddesses to oversee different aspects of our world (these gods and goddesses have different names in different cultures). It can be just part of our natural spiritual journey to feel an affinity for these different aspects during our lifetime and a natural instinct to pay respect to these overseers in assisting us in our journey. However, still seeing GOD as the ultimate one creator of all things. It's like a hierarchy and angels and demons and other mystical creatures are beneath the gods and goddesses that are over their particular aspect of nature. Does that make sense?

I was going to church, leading worship and everything but still using astrology and tarot which is pretty frowned upon if not restricted by the church. I kept it a secret for a long time but I found ways to reconcile some witchcraft with Christianity, like “God gave us these tools,” and when looking deeper into the Bible and cultures it was written in there are many things considered occult within the Bible, nothing wrong with it, however the church will deny this. I did leave my faith in Christianity after further study because I’m too open minded and the church turned their back on me for it. Leaving your faith of forever is the hardest thing to do… But now I claim to be pagan but I’m super open minded, I love psychology so astrology is a wonderful tool I like to use and I use tarot, crystals, incorporate witchcraft in my cooking, and basically everything through out my day. Working with the lunar cycles is important to me. Very eclectic, learning the history behind the deities, holidays or traditions is so fun to me, I just love learning.

I am Wiccan/Christian , I could never make up my mind since I was a kid which so, I stayed with both and some are against it but some aren’t but I also know that everyone has a right to their own opinion. I started then to search for what was me. I found Wicca in 1993 and have studied and practiced ever since. Now I have reached ordained minister of pagan and wicca

A shame you didn't study traditional Catholicism. We're seeing prophecies from 1000, 800, 700, 500 200 100 and 60 years old being fulfilled, as judgement day draws near. As a former Satanist, I hope that you find you way back to Christ, because there is no pagan magick nor miracle that can come close to the legacy of the Catholic Church, our saints and our prophecies (pre "pope" Francis Catholicism).

Loved this video. I’ve got a baby natural healing channel with magic incorporated and I want it to be open to everyone. It’s such a hard topic to breach. I did a Does God Hate My Crystals video to scratch the surface. Magic/spell/prayer/miracle... it’s all semantics. Intention is most important. If you believe God made the crystals/herbs and your giving the glory to God, it doesn’t contradict any Christian beliefs. Thank you for the video. I appreciate having channels like yours as mentors.

I'm more of a Thelemic kinda girl but yes! People can be Christians and Wiccans. I study Gnosticism and Gnostic Voodoo and Wicca did come from Thelema so I guess I can be a Christian Witch. I'm proud of people who are Christian witches. When I think of Christians. I see good people who really love with big hearts who want to help people in need. They don't go hating gay people and other cultures and DO celebrate Halloween and I see Christian Witches passing out candy for kids then. You can be both.

I want to say thank you so much for your insightful videos on the subject. I grew up Christian but now as an adult, I practice Buddhism. I got interested in pagan/witchcraft by looking up KZread vids on Samhain, a festival that I connect with. By looking up youtube videos on Samhain last year I discovered the wheel of the year, celebrating nature and its seasons. I heard you say that you incorporate aspects of Buddhism in your practice, I'm very curious how you do it. Is it possible to be a Buddhist / pagan/ witch?

I personally am not that familiar with Native American teachings as someone from that culture would be, so I don’t want to make any statements, but from I know they seem to both go quite well together as they are both very nature based and based on animism. Sounds like a beautiful combination to me 💜

Wicca and Christianity are two different religions. It would be like someone referring to her/himself as a Christian-Hindu, it's just not going to mesh. Even calling one self a Christian witch is pushing it, being that witchcraft is condemned in the Bible and is punishable by death. Judaism and Islam share similar attitudes toward witches.

Could you do a video on how you understand the god and goddess. Like are the dieties different faces of the god or goddess. I completely resonate with the divine masculine and feminine ideas and am trying to get a clear understanding of the god and goddess. Is this duotheism or , i dont know. I would be interested in how you understand them.

During the Christian holy crusades the knights took what they wanted from the Pagan religion and condemned the rest while killing those who wouldn't convert. The two merged hundreds of years ago so the Christian Witch started back then. Look at the symbols of Easter, the rabbit and eggs are pagan symbols. The Goddess of fertility whose animal symbol was a bunny and eggs symbolize new life. Even the Christmas wreath is Pagan and symbolize nature and the promise of spring.

Personal I see nothing wrong with Wiccan and Christianity becoming one. There buddiist Christian and other mix religion somewhere out their in the world. But I think that the real struggle between that Christianity is a monotheistic religion while Wicca is more polytheistic. To me the Horned God and the Triple Goddess are represented masculinity and femininity, which wiccans worship as nature and the moon, but if Wiccan-Christian want in alternative to those deities may I suggest Adam and Eve the two who divinely incarnate the feminine and masculine aspects of Gods divine image, who both treated each other equally without shame and unconditional love in the sacred nature of God’s Creation. Or maybe even Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalena perhaps. There are many ways to help fuses two religion in harmony, nothing is impossible especially with God. May all Wiccans and Christians know the divine love and embrace of the true God of all Existence.

It’s possible to follow much of Christ’s teachings (although not the rest of the Bible and certainly not some of the modern Christian variants) as a Wiccan, but the two religions are incompatible. You can either worship a single male deity who demands regular praise or you can honour and build relationships with a divine masculine and feminine; you cannot do both.

actually, I am a Christian Wicca (white Wicca) this is an actual religion I believe in mother Goddess father, and all of the other gods. I feel free now. Be one with me trust me.

I believe you can be Christian and a witch, but not a Christian and a Wiccan. Witchcraft is a practice where as Wicca itself is a religion. It's totally ok to practice witchcraft alongside Christianity, but I'm not sure if merging the two religions is "possible". Good luck!! :)

Since you didn't grow up as a Christian, maybe you need to learn about it from someone who did. And learn its history, how the different denominations came to be, how the Bible came to exist, etc. No Christian of any stripe should be having anything to do with anything occult.

Okay. The Bible has been rewritten multiple times to keep people in “bondage” I should say and condemn anyone that’s different but contradicts itself. Many books that people would be appalled reading has been taken out of the Bible. The Bible also makes you aware that there are spiritual things around you and how to protect yourself yet a lot of Christians turn a blind eye to it. A lot of Christian practices came from occult practices as well.

I go even further back in history and partly go to the Native Americanus ans the European herbalist. Balance with nature meaning don't use more you'll need. Give the animals/nature room and a place to life with. Use the centuries old wisdom to be kind to others and vision of the lgbtq+ and 2 spirit. Use herbs, trees as medication as most as possible. That's my way. Indeed religion is personal.
