You should be able to use your phone without Google login. What phone do you have?

My android tv network (hotspot) status is Limited Connection. Can not run KZread. Change system date in my phone to Network Provided Time. Change system date in my android tv to Network Provided Time. Now youtube working. Might apply to other devices.
